Oh, I'm so sorry. It's just my opinion that these units are not H3 style. And it's just my fault that I don't see these units in game.

Oh, there are three (or even more) styles of creatures: NWC (H3, MM7 and MM8) style, WoG style (units made of parts of other units) and units from other sources (games like WarCraft etc.)...
I like these ratlings but beholder is too big and has very bad perspective (fits more to H4  ).

Sure, your opinion is your opinion. But since Vladimir joined HC we got full 2 defs to play with, and some animated frames about future projects. And if he comes to read your "expert critic", he may decide to return back to russian forums (where he is very appreciated) and we end again with nothing but weird bmp's. Is nothing more HoMM3 style?

Trith - Ratlings actually has bad perspective too... but that's not the point. They're just... well... maybe too simple and too detailed at the same time?
Salamandre - I won't say that something bad is great just because somebody is new/beginner/whatever. Criticism is criticism.
And I won't comment escaping this place just because somebody's comment.

Indeed, it is not the critic which harms but they way you do it. If the critic is constructive (bad palette, wrong perspective, wrong model, wrong animations) it helps the author to look from a different perspective and improve. Saying it is "awful" and closing post is doing only harm and does not bring anything good.
