Charad, thanx, as i said early, i make this in Photoshop CS3, also i take some objects from AoW as basis, and transform it to HoMM III style.
By the way, soon i'll lay out all my objects in this thread and in DF2

An idea: ( No animations sorry )
Sphinx - a unique demon of destruction and bad luck represented as a winged lion with a woman's head.
It would be nice to have it as a monster

Duke, deftool will not accept 190x190. The sizes must be multiple of 32 and the max size is 256x192

Yes, 190x190 is not valid but it works. There were a floating 1 pixel width border so the real size of the picture is 192x192 what is valid. And 256x256 works to if I don't generate shadows while I compile a def. Usually I do not made shadows or when I do I draw hard shadows with grey and black not use the deftools generator effect.

I think that it would be nice, although Sphinx could be a hero too. It would be cool if there would come a new castle called Egypt or something and it would look almost like a pyramid and its monsters could be like nomads, mummies, SPHINXES and so on and so on.

Something like that is already in progress. The Bastion Town. Google it or search it in this forum.
The sphinx however is not one of their creatures or heroes.

That's nice but the woman's head ain't so good. It was not supposed to have so much hair (the lion's mane). But still nice one.

Offtopic:I have a problem creating creatures,i cant put parts of originals together!The Background is covering the other part of the creature!How to remuve the stupid background?I tried gimp,paint,internet...I didn't only tried photoshop!I don't have it.Help.

Actually photoshop is the way to go!
I had similar problems and the solution was this.
I obtained the pictures from an already working creature (pegasi for example) and then renamed them as I would (attack up, down etc)
Then I took the pictures from my own creature (which I made with windows paint) and i pasted them to the photoshop images. Thus the new images have the pallete of the original heroes creature (to pegasi on this example) and it is fully compatible with heroes.
The good thing about photoshop is that it keeps the pallete of the original so that, whatever changes you make, it will still work.

I must warn you that shooter DEFS do not work for every creature. It has to be a shooter creature to begin with. Furthermore the shooting images must be the same, which means that this DEF does not work for every shooter creature (it may work for some though).
In fact, since I play WOG without Commanders I changed the Soul Eater with this.
By changing the Soul Eater commander with this DEF you can have a skeleton magi (shooter). To make it an upgrade to skeletons the ERM text is this:

The result: You may recruit skeleton magi as upgrades of skeletons on Necropolis AND with Necromancy if you have skeleton Magi in your army, you'll get skeleton Magi!!!!! It works perfectly.

That's actually not entirely mine. In the page with all the DEFS there is a female Hierophant which animation was really good (so the most of the credit goes to the one that made it) and I thought it would be nice to be accompanied by a Unicorn. They have parallel animation now and I used it as an animation for a third upgrade of Unicorns. Check it out If you want.

I reupload this DEF which is a better version (some animations didn't work properly) It's an upgrade of the Nomads. I replaced the peasant with this but I think it would be nicer to replace the Hell Steeds, because then when it attacks it will seem that it casts Fire wall with his staff. Anyway, check it out.
P.S. Falcon, it was indeed Cicero's great words, I changed them, thanks for the tip.
