yep, thats what i meant. say, you have monks who can become angels. and there are no other monks on the map. so you just change all their stuff to angel's.

I mean if you make possible such option:
.....................|->Swordsman->Crusader
Pikeman->Halberdier->|
.....................|->Angel->Archangel
If one player chooses halberdier to upgrade to Angel, other player won't be able to choose Halberdier to upgrade to Swordsman,so he will have to use the same option as the first player. THat's why it's not possible to make something like in Disciples.

To be honest, after what I udnerstand here it is a discussion about new upgrade ways... and halbredier into angel (!) is just pathetic. Maybe I didn't understood what this is about, but if that's what it's about it is idiotic!

but theres an even easier way, you just save the number of pikemen into a var, then instantly kill the pikemen, and depending on what you choose, you get the same amount of angels/swordsmen? whats wrong with that?

Some time ago I was thinking about replacing D2 spells into H3 ones... But I'm too bad with graphics  It's not hard work, but takes so loooong time....

It looks great, as always. But I think it should be called Eagle Spirit.
Edit: Oh no! I've already made 20 posts today! But I do agree with Vilhu on changing the color of the mouth and feet. Then it realy WILL look like an eagle spirit!

the contrast between leg/mouth and body colour is too big. its perhaps too late to say, bu maybe you should recolour the legs/mouth to gray?
