he think he should hold the pole axe otherway around,i mean if he will open both arms,the blade of the poleaxe will be towords him,instead of outside of him and it will look bad.

I reckon the one on the right looks the best out of those two. I don't particularly like the Golem..

I like both creatures except for their colors. The all-green elemental is particularly ugly for that matter.
@Lordi:
I think the tail should be positioned a bit lower and the sting should be visible. The way it is it looks like a vase's handle to me
