My friend Paul needs our help
I once read about a young man diagnosed with an inoperable tumor. He played video games a lot, and learned of creative imaging. He began imagining shooting the tumor with a video lazer (like the old game "Asteroids" -- anybody here besides me remember that one?) and eventually, the tumor dissolved and he was cured.
I have a very dear friend who has pancreatic cancer. For any of you who believes in that healing type of personal imaging electricity (which some religious types might also refer to as "prayer") and feel like helping him out, please shoot a few lazers at the tumor in his pancreas (or whatever image works best for you).
This group of people here at HC is about the most intelligent, creatively charged collection of folks I can imagine, and you're from all over the world. If many of us put our thoughts together on this, who knows what could happen.
By the way, it has spread into his liver. So shoot a few lazers (or whatever your chosen image is) in that direction too whilst you're at it.
If it helps for you to know, Paul is in Boulder, just northwest of Denver a few miles up in the foothills.
Our deepest thanks to all of you who read this, and especially to those who help to imagine dissolving this tumor.

Hey sis!!! Yes, Paul is absolute that this is not going to kill him. He feels awful right at the moment (just got off the phone with him), but he's more stubborn than any cancer cells I know. The first conversation I had with him after finding out about the disease, he started swearing at it (the cancer) while we were talking. It was truly hilarious, and very persuasive. His energy and resolve are really, really strong.
He is also being treated by the world's most renouned holistic doctor (whose name escapes me at the moment) who just happens to live ten blocks away from him in Boulder.
So we are starting this fight with a leg up.
By the way, he knows we are doing this, and sends his love and gratitude to all you folks helping him.
We can do this, I know we can. But we do need everybody's help who's willing to think about this. It will be something when he gets well. HC WILL BE FAMOUS!!!!
