Because he's not?  All heroes are tier 3 specialists except Naadir that is pretty close.

Like this for Example:
Haven: Ellaine
Inferno: Grok
Necropolis: Kaspar
Sylvan: Wyngaal
Academy: Nur
Stronghold: Kilghan
Dungeon: Sinitar
Fortress: Svea
So the line up is excellent...
But it's very easy to cheat. You got Taverns where you can switch to (just an example) Wyngaal or Helmar (not even mentioning the gates)

But why Kythra? I mean, her specialty is not that good and she doesn't have that Leadership starting skill as a bonus (that's why I play with her sometimes in a normal game, not because of the Mino specialty)

As I said none of the heroes have the normal skills, just advanced racial and 2 perks. The skills you pick are a matter of choice and chance. Trying a few games with Azagal now

I know they don't have the starting skills, that's why I think Kythra is not a good choice IMO, because Minos are weak... In normal games at least she has that starting skill bonus (Leadership which is 2%), but now I'd prefer someone like Vayshan or Yrwanna...
I mean, Ossir has a much better specialty

On the contrary, 42 stalkers or 30 furies with special are useless while minotaurs at least can take a hit. Ossir is cool for sure but 42 arcanes also die easy, it's a matter of scale.
I'm not sure how I'll arrange the games but there are empty spaces. I'll create a list of the contenders in the masterpost, just notify me if I forget anyone.

Not really you have the memory mentor, you can pick whatever you want, so no problem, and Ossir isn't the best I just smashed a friend who
played Sylvan

This map is ridicously fun to play. Buhiihi Ossir triple imbued chainlightning ballista FTW!! As Elvin already told you we just played a few games (naturally he won all of them except that Ossir one which we played twice ).
Gotta try more ridicolous strategies.
