I did yesterday, but he couldn't play when I was free. And today I'm very busy (unexpectedly)  I really hope tomorrow we will play our games.

I must have broken a million mirrors in my sleep before today. Pera won the games. Everything bad happened that could. With a luck of 4 I had one luck trigger in the first game before I conceded (We only went around half way). He had elemental protection artifacts for ice magic (which I went) in both games, and I had two critical misclicks in the 2nd game, one when I was scrolling through the initiative bar, and one when I clicked rain of arrows when I didn't want to. I don't have replays but you're not missing anything.

I feel your pain  I normally grant reloads in the case of misclick but if it's halfway through the game..

It probably wouldn't have mattered. His griffins got morale on their 2nd dive on my druids, so the druids couldn't move in time. I had 3 spellpower without them and couldn't do hardly any damage after that point (that was after the misclick, but still my hero would have been crap for the rest of the fight)
edit: Don't think I was mad at you Pera. I was just flipping out on myself for making a 2nd misclick.

All you had to do is ask. I wouldn't make it a problem, that's for sure. In fact, I was so mad at myself for not casting magical immunity on my angels, that I didn't pay much attention to it. Still if that deep freeze was you best cast, it wouldn't change a thing, since it would be 350+ damage first cast with channelling and after that with only 3 sp. Also, on the totally different matter, I must say, that this terrain is really starting to bug me. I positioned my champions not realizing there was an obstacle two tiles in front of them, thus loosing one full charge with them. Is it only me and my eyesight, or are there others who also have trouble realizing what is and what is not an obstacle when placing units in tactics phase.

Played my games with Larry, lost 2-0. They were truly chaotic and in the Academy vs Fortress one I never would have expected to lose after I've seen that first Armageddon - the damage it done was scary  (+ Ignite)

finally Asheera and me found some time to play our games
i was outrageously lucky in both of our games and won both
1st she got Dwarves me Academy
after her first arma cast(sp 27) i left only with golems and gargoyles ,at the end i won pretty lucky i must say
2nd she got Dwarves again i got Demons
got lucky with staff in merchant ,got mass haste and endurance and on top mass slow (with enlightment) so killed dwarf pretty fast

well i had my games vs pera.. and i must say this is the closest battle yet!
1st game was a bit of a massacre.. i was orcs vs his haven.. but i simply didnt have the stats to do much.. so it was 1-0 pera... 2nd game was my dungeon vs his sylvan... i managed to get the archers dream set along with ring of speed.. so i managed to take out arcanes before they shot.. and i outspelled him since i had blackies... the final battle was supposed to be me orcs vs his dungeon.. but an error message popped up.. and we redid the battle.. i got necro, and he got orcs... i went defense, with light magic and dark magic... as expected he took shatter dark, but not shatter light.. mass endurance.. mass RM and mass haste along with vampirism and some frenzies for good measure.. he quit at one point because he didnt have much of a chance with his unupgraded units... here are the 1st two replays.. neither of us have the third one

Oh btw I had Unicorn Horn Bow, that's why I shot the Imps which were far away and not something close - no I wasn't stupid But that item didn't prove to be very useful, I barely got a shot and the Patriarchs were seduced.

Apparently Larry is only unlucky when playing me  Good job man though you were a bit lucky with mirror in the academy battle Academy can be unbelievably frustrating at times.
Also good games with Tann and pera. Hehe loved dungeon outmighting sylvan Was wondering when pera's luck would run out.
Another thought I had would be if Asheera would win this tournament, then she would be the luckiest and unluckiest duelist at the same time? Seeing the circumstances under which she lost shows once again how deserved the badge of the shattered mirror was.
So it comes between Arcax and Tann.. Perfect, finals are just around the corner.

Tann was aiming for imbue ballista because of fact that he owned Machine Affinity Ring but levelling up spoiled his plan. Quite tight at the end. Btw Swarming Gate was pretty useful
2nd round

Sylvan'sRetribution vs Stronghold's Retribution... The outcome could be seen in 1st round

Fast & Furious baby
While waiting for this tournament to end I checked the scores to see who makes it to the finals. I gave it some thought and the top 6 will compete in an elimination tournament just like the earlier tournaments, here are the current 8 top ranking players:

I would like a confirmation on who will be able to play or if there are any complications. Sq will have reservice for three weeks starting 20th May and that is also the time for Arcax to give his Matura exam that will last about as much. I value both's contribution and skill and cannot deny them a well-deserved place in the finals. What about the rest of you?
Edit: There is always the option to make it one vs all and simply leave Sq and Arcax's games for last. Thoughts?

I'm thinking that if we are to organize the finals it's better that we don't wait for the cup to end
Well I would certainly like to see the masterminds of our round (one is missing though... I think his name was Azagal or something... there must be an error in the list) duke it out with each other.
But yeah experience has thought us that the tournaments can take quite a while and having a "final" before a new tournament would make the masterminds who didn't happen to win wait for an awful lot of time.
Suggestion: Shouldn't the finals just start as soon as possible and the tournament would simply play out normally parallel to the finals? You know both at the same time?
