What exactly is Anarcho-Capitalism, in plain English? This term makes no sense to me.

Neoliberalism is kinda a bad word in Sweden, used by people who were active socialists during the 70:s against the incredibly evil people who question the wellfare state consensus. I publicly call myself a classic liberal or libertarian IRL and have been in a debate with myself as to which one of those two words I should use. I have leaned towards "libertarianism" since it sounds less archaic and more international. But with your defintions, classical liberal is more accurate as I am slightly more pragmatic to public spending than minarchists.

As far as I can tell, "neoliberalism" means nothing more than "an insult for those who aren't socialists".
