Lemme think... A hasted and prayered Phoenix on a Sir Mullich with Ring of the Wayfarer and Cape of Velocity (did I miss any arties?)... That gives us how many? Around 35 I guess.

The necklace of swiftness is still there.
Then there is probably some combination artifact that would boost speed (I'm not familiar with those).

Yeah, the necklace is right, but there´s still something missing
BTW, there´s no combo artifact (except angelic alliance) that raises your units´ speed

No! Vampires are obviously walkers! Or do they have wings or levitate? They have only legs to walk, but they BECOME bats to fly.
But in the other hand, they after all can fly, so they're flyers... In any case, it is a riddle, so be ready to encounter such ambiguities and different senses of words.
Ok.
Guess a H3 creature that has it's skeleton not inside but outside. (not undead!)
