Well that's a typical KD-like childish mentality. Not to mention we're past the point where such "weakness" is classified by how tough or selfish you are (typically toughness isn't important in "war").
No matter what you always end up in arguments with people who just are not into "wars", "combats" and "assassinations" as the sole purpose of life. Maybe you should talk to some Yoga guru, see what enlightenment is about
or ask Jesus 
EDIT: to put it differently, I'm past the point of "survival of the fittest" principle, and I would rather have philosophers than soldiers who can't even add 1+1 ().

I think you already did so in the "fattest" citizens? Or bak did as well. As for what you said, it hasn't been on the list, so whatever you say usually comes from interpretation. And no I wasn't aware that I am more compassionate than bak's nation, in case you want to know.
No matter like I said, it seems like you think the world revolves only about the "the only purpose of life is to battle/combat/war". That is, IMO, one of the least enlightened visions of it (after all, which enlightened people were into it? )

You do realize, don't you, that there is more than one kind of power? There are more ways to be powerful than just having a good military. And I don't know if I'm proud to have the least compassionate citizens. It's quite possible to be strong and compassionate. I'm glad the government isn't compassionate, though. But, since Mvassland is thriving and yet it's the least compassionate, then my citizens must be really strong, and I'm proud of that. There's more to strength than the fist; there is also the strength of the mind and the strength of the will.
And I would much rather be selfish than weak. Doesn't mean I like war, though. I hate war.
Übermensch for peace? There's much more to life than combat. But that doesn't mean we have to be weak. If you're weak, you might be pushed around without people even realizing that you're there.
There is more to strength than oppressing the weak. For example, divide a group of people into strong and weak. Then keep them separate from each other. After a while, you'll see that the strong have accomplished much, but the weak just clutch at each other and whine.

I realize you're speaking a different weak category mvass, but it's confusing.
And people I know you're saying to pick number 1 but that is the least favorable as the government because of extra funding (probably I will ask some others see if they still choose 1, if it's so good I will have to sacrifice funds).
Besides, I think that will end up like a system in Japan, where's it's too stressing with so many suicides (even among students).

NS2 is a bit more time-consuming because of the trade/diplomacy and alliances, but NS1 is really not time consuming at all

Hmm for my issue, I'm really not sure what to pick. I know you guys advised me to pick 1, but that requires funding and "having the best school system" is, implicitly, having a very stressing school system, which is something I despise (in fact, that would also make a lot of school subjects compulsory). I have a feeling it will end up like in Japan, while not that bad in itself, is very stressing and makes people unhappy.
I'm afraid to pick 3 because, while it sounds good, I am almost sure it will end up with "most people in Skama are stupid" or something like that 
I'm also not sure about 4, since that would make school compulsory? (with some religious lessons). The part with "living virtuous" sounds good but I don't want to make them memorize the Bible by heart lol (why are all spiritual/religious lessons about all the old-style christianity anyway? i mean, for example, memorizing stuff by heart while not actually meaning what you know, is off the point and pointless). (I guess this would be my choice but if it gets screwed up, I admit it will be only my fault and not you guys).
