Well, well... this is a tough one!
My guess:
Charna gets the mithril, opens the chest that gives her the alchimist lab and then waits until she can buy some dracoliches.
At the witch hut she is warned not to loot the tomb, so the only thing I can presume is that there's an event there, and you must fight.
So you get in that fight, get to the tomb who gives you a powerfull artifact, something like angel wings.
You fly to the prison, fight the zombies, free the king, give him the angel wings, go to the altar of transformation, and there transform the troglodytes into pixies.... and that's it

ok, il try again.
Charna get mitril and the alchemist lab, get diplomaty, then get a dracoliche. She force the skeletons to join her (can she past there?) go to the Dead king tomb, get into a fight and reveice pendant of dead (12 zombies/week) she wait a week, go to the quest guard and open the way, then she capture the city. Afther that she go and kill the walking dead, free the warlock from his prison and give to this warlock her dracoliche(s). Then the Warlock goes into the necropolis and destroy it, to build it back into a...Confluxe (beacause that warlock have the abilyty to build all type of town,) then he build things in town, and get somes pixies.
or  ?
(i precise that the dracoliche(s) make th warlock a powerful man so he can destroy the city.

A nice try! However, she cannot pass through the woods and mountains, so that part of your post is incorrect.
Do you really think she would find a Pendant of Death in the King's tomb... or something else? *hint hint*
Finally, keep in mind she has to return home, too!
A pice of advice: Perhaps you should post a question by question; the way you're doing it now is fine, but you may reveal your ideas to others!

Then she does all except the quest guard. And then go to the mirror-of-home-way and....teleport to capitol!

Well, if she have angel wings....there no problems! She get pendant of dead, pass the quest guard and do all the things!
She get the pixies by
-Going near those who guard the Lab and get them.
-Changing the city into Conflux
And mabey the scrool near the pixies is a scroll of town portal?

Correct me if Iīm wrong, but isnīt there 5% chance to get wings from the tomb. Whatever it means there lies danger in the tomb, with enough time Charna must be able to defeat them with the aid of dracoliches, supposing she got mercury lab from the chest. And if she got the diplomacy from the "mithrilled" hut, he would surely get those pixies to join her, cause of dracoliches she possesses. The rest is too easy with angel wings.

No, it's 5% chance to get any relic, not Wings.
Keep in mind the story, though...

get the chest, gives you alchemy lab. wait until u get dracoliches. then get as many as possible. wait until it is week of the walking dead. then use diplo from the hut (changed with mythril) to get some walking dead. repeat for skeletons. pass boarder guard. get hero from prison. he has angel wings, fly over and get sprites. return to the town
quest complete

Erm, but where she would get dracoliches? from that dwelling on south-east? It doesnt look like draco dwelling...

She go, get diplomaty and the lab, get dracoliches and then...attack the Tomb and get..... a dimension door scroll! She use it to get near the necropolis, let thnk there a cursed tomb in there, she get skeleton, go attack the walking dead and get it (diplomatic). Then she get out the Warlock, who can change any city to another....
Now :
1- She teleport to the pixies and get them in her army.(or the warlock do it)
2- The warlock change the city to confluxe and get pixies then give it to charna
Afther charna use the scroll again and teleport to the magic mirror.
Another guess
She go, get diplomaty and the lab, get dracoliches and then...attack the Tomb and get..... a TOWN PORTAL SCROLL!! she teleport to Capitol. get a walking dead and a skeleton, go back to the quest guard, pass it, capture the necropolis. Then she get out the Warlock, who can change any city to another....
Now :
