well, charna is a necromacer.
So she get targ of the tartaging ogre (somthing like that), kill the weekly ogres (whit dracoliche) and get some skeletons...
Thn lets supose she had : Amulet of the udertaker, Dead man boots and vampire coal, she form it into cloak of the undead king, wait another week, kill the ogre and get walking dead !
Then she do all the thing and here is the possible ends (i wont say them all)
But a new one ; the scroll near the pixies is a town portal scroll or a dimesion door scroll

(Although it's not "tartaging ogre", but OK...!   )

If he had them, Sandro would surely keep such powerful artifacts for himself, not give them away to a scout.

I THINK I HAVE IT!!!!!!! well, i think.
1: She gets her skeleton by what i said last time....then go pray at the Shrine. She wait until next week for next battle, and the spirit lay ''summon water elemental'' (Cant they?) She finish the battle and then transform the water elementals in walking dead (at the altar). (then the rest of things)
2: She had a scroll of water elementals. (just imagine now)
3: the scroll near the pixies is a scroll of water elemental! (im fool,that could not work)

No, the Forgotten Shrine casts a blessing on your troops in the next combat; it does not give you a summoning spell.

A small request Vlaad - when you post announcing the winner, do you think you could include the correct solution please? It's a little hard tracing it back afterwards, especially since I know little about WoG. Thanks

A good point. I usually ask everybody to post the entire solution, step by step.
We seem to be stuck on this one, though?!

I admit I made it a bit harder this week, but I had to! You were great last time...
Kokojo is the closest to the cookie so far; he's explained the first two steps:

Don't remember correctly... If altar can transform monsters into lower level monsters, then Charna slowly transforms her drakoliches into walking dead(pretty silly, huh?  )... But it transforms only in the same lvl creatures?

Yes! We have Skeletons and a Wight, but still need a Walking Dead to pass that quest gate...

I guess she uses mithril on the witch hut and gets scouting (wogified, which produces roques)! Then she uses the altar of transformation to transform them into walking dead.

For first, she gets mithrill, spirit of oppresion from treasure chest, and targ of rampaging ogre from warrior's tomb.
Then she fights with ogres summoned by the targ and gets skeleton...
And then... She waits until spirit of oppresion gives her walking deads...
Now Charna has skeletons, walking deads and wight...

yes he would, because the waking deads come from scouting now

so now she takes the town and builds it up gaining a strong army, frees the prisoner who has dimension door aswell as advanced wisdom. DDs next to the pixies, they join him. he gets TP from the scroll and comes back home

This part is correct - she gets the Targ, kills the Ogres and raises some Skeletons. She already has a Wight. Charna changes the skill offered at the Witch Hut and gains Scouting, which gives her some Rogues.
There is one step missing here, before she climbs the Altar of Transformation, though! Think - what would happen if she climbed it with all of her creatures? What must she do?
If you can answer this part correctly, Charna will be able to pass the quest gate...

It was said the Warlock in the prison was pathetic, which means he doesn't really have such advanced spells and skills.
Re-read some of the previous posts to review his role...

@Vlaad: Of course... Before going to te altar she has to drop her creatures on the ground and rehire them later (she has diplomacy and if a certain wogify option is on, they'll join anyway).
