Biting the Bullet
Advantages:
i)Having a fully build army means 3 shooters which in turn means that your opponent will have to come to you in the end.
ii)One of the strongest fully upgraded armies in the game if you can buy out.
iii)Gives new meaning to the "shoot em down" tactic when playing against the map
iv) other advantages worth mentioning are the genies spellcasting abilities which buff your army, and the mage's ability to reduce spell cost
Disadvantages:
i)The cost of building up the town and the units is probably the highest in the game, this town requires a boatload of resources with a fixation on gems.
ii)Their fastest unit is speed 11 which means that in most battles, they will not have the initiative
Best creatures:
i)Having the only lvl 1 shooter in the game allows you to amass large quantities of gremlins which can be very useful in clearing the map in the beggining
ii)Mages are good shooters for their level, and their reduction spells cost can be a blessing if you're playing a might hero low on knowledge
iii) Nagas are awesome units, and allows you to start clearing the map week 2 very effectively. You can very easely give all nagas to main hero and let him/her do most of the big fights and all the remainder of your first week army (grems, mages) to a chain of secondary heroes to clear the rest of the less powerful critters.
iv)Titans are the only lvl 7 shooter
Worst Creatures:
i) gargoyles - stats are terrible, no special ability
Special Buildings:
Library - a very good special building, it costs a lot of resources however
Wall of knowledge - close to useless
Tower outlook - completely useless unless you build it in a secondary town you just aquired
Overall, the special buildings section is good, mostly because of the library.
Building order: pretty rigid build order - one of the crappiest ones in the game together with dungeon.
You might only be able to get naga + citadel if parapet is not prebuilt
If parapet is prebuilt, you can get naga + castle, naga + genies + citadel or giants with fort (assuming you have the resources)
What doesn't help tower's build order is the fact that you almost always will have to upgrade the gremlins day 1, which effectively sets you back one day in the build order, but gives you a huge bonus at fighting week 1 which is worth it.
Heroes:
1. Alchemists are weak heroes, most of them have crappy skills, and develop like a hybrid of might and magic. Only two heroes worth considering are Neela and Torosar.
i)Neela because of armourer special - a very good hero
ii) torosar because tactics can be very useful in battles - especially with tower, and the ballista is an added bonus
2. Wizards are weak spell casters, they develop more knowledge than spellpower, which is most of the time the prime ingredient for a good magic hero. Worth mentioning is:
i) Solmyr (no bashing please ), he can be used in clearing the map or weakening a strong stack. He can also be used as main on smaller open maps
ii) Aine is also a very useful secondary hero with scholar and +350 gold.
Alchemists with scholar can be good secondary heroes
Good:
1. On rich maps. Their power also increases if they are given time to fully upgrade their units (especially titans). Fighting a full tower army is pain . Wether you are able to do that depends on opponent or map settings
Bad:
2. Poor maps
Own ranking: They fare pretty low, but depends on map settings 4-9.

Noone likes Tower??? I find it weird. It isn't the strongest town, but personally, I have the most fun playing Tower.
*Note - many advantages and disadvantages are split into different subsections. Read all of it before saying that I've missed something.
Advantages
1) The cheapest level 7 dwell.
2) The absolute ranged superiority over your opponent at any point of the game.
3) Overall, without any external dwellings, cons/hives, or double build, Tower's fully upgraded army is IMHO the strongest in the game.
Disadvantages
1) Gems. Due to a bug or a feature the naga banks do not give gems. There are no gardens on the snow. Gems will be your main problem. It is very likely that you'll be the last one to upgrade your level 7.
2) You may as well forget about Tower on poor maps with more than 130% difficulty setting since you aren't likely to build anything past your level 3 dwelling any time soon.
3) Speed. Tower is very very slow and very vulnerable to h&r and the creatures with speed 12+, especially if you don't have tactics.
Creatures
1) Gremlin - the only level 1 shooter. Cheap and comes in big numbers. Your main fighting force on week 1. Sometimes you'll get 300 or more in the final fight.
2) Gargoyle - fodder.
3) Golems - perharps the most underestimated unit in the game. It is the cheapest unit in the game (with respect to its stats). It is also the toughest level 3 (35 hp, decent damage and very decent stats). It has an amazing 75% damage reduction special as well as some non-living creature immunities (and disadvantages ). You can cast armageddon, death ripple, etc without getting really hurt by it.
4) Arch mages - a strong and very useful shooter with 2 great specials: they can also shoot through castle walls without penalty and they'll make your spells cost 2 mana points less.
5) Master Genies - decent damage, but very low HP. Their main usage comes from their spells. Get 6 master genies and watch your gremlins turn into a killing machine. (I've killed stacks of 7 diamond golems with my 90 gremlins in my last game. My hero's stats were quite low and I didn't even have archery.)
6) Naga Queen - by far the best level 6 unit. They are expensive, but they are worth it. 5 or 6 naga queens will be your main fighting force on week 2. Very good for fighting just about anything, especially - special buildings like stockpiles, dusa stores, naga banks, etc. Your 2-nd hero can have the ranged army while your main cleans the map with the naga queens.
7) Giants are AI's favorite target. They are best left alone until you can upgrade them. You do NOT want to lose them. Titans = level 7 shooter with 300 hp, 40-60 damage and mind spell immunity. Nuff said.
Special buildings
1) Artifact Merchants - very useful, especially on the maps with a few artifacts. The more marketplaces you have the cheaper they get. Sometimes you can get the golden bow in there, sometimes the missing pieces for the combos, sometimes the gem artifact (you'll need all the gems you can get).
2) Library - if you ever get enough gems, you'll have 2 level 5 spells instead of 1 and 3 level 4-s instead of 2! Get implo, res and town portal and win the game.
3) Wall of Knowledge. +1 knowledge doesn't hurt.
4) An ammo cart from the Blacksmith??? Well, it can be useful on week 1, but who would want to build it so early? Later on it is only good as a fodder.
5) Observation tower. You can build it if you still haven't revealed the map around your castle by the end of week 3
Building order
1) Slow building order makes you stuck with gremlins for a long time, it is also quite hard to double build since it takes so long to get to your best 2 units.
2) Impossible to build level 7 + castle.
3) On the positive side - you only need 1 special building (mage guild) to build all dwells, so it isn't as bad as castle, rampart or dungeon.
4) Did I mention gems?
Hero classes
Some people say Orrin is the best, but on some maps with many tough speed 12+ creeps (i.e. extreme 2) I would rather start with a tactics hero or a hero that has a good chance to get it early on. Overlords is probably the best choice becase many of them start with tactics, have a good chance of getting earth and quite often they'll get archery as well.
Now - native heroes:
Wizards is a horrible class to be used for mains, but they are one of the best 2-ndary heroes.
Aine (+350 gold, wisdom, scholar) is perharps the 2-nd best secondary hero after Alamar.
Solmyr - very good hero for killing shooters early on and for suicide attack on your opponent before the main fight.
Rissa +1 mercury/day doesn't hurt.
All of them have spell power 2 and 3 knowledge. Wizards make excellent scouts - they are very good at taking new towns and occasionally you'll be able to win small fights with 1 gargoyle and some magic.
Most alchemists are not very good to have as a main.
Neela is the only alchemist that can compete with the other might heroes because of her armorer specialty. Scholar may look 100% useless, but on poor maps it can be your only chance of getting good spells like res, meteor shower or chain lightning.
Also - many alchemists start with magic arrow. This isn't particularly useful for Tower because it builds its mage guild early on, but very useful for the other towns. Scholar also makes them useful for the other towns.
Good / Bad on what kind of maps
On rich maps Tower is likely to lose to Castle. On poor maps it is likely to lose to Rampart. On maps with 2 towns it is likely to lose to Stronghold.
Having said all that, it can still put up a fight and if played well, it will occasionally defeat 3 of the above towns, especially if there are no cons, hives, or double building.
Also, you may as well forget about Tower on poor maps with more than 130% difficulty setting since you aren't likely to build anything past your level 3 dwelling any time soon.
OWN subjective rank in a townranking, from 1st (best) to 9th (worst)
Overall Strength = 6
Fun = 1

Personally Tower is my fav town and here is why:
The Town has 3 Ranged attackers, the Master Gremlins, Mages/archmages (can upgrade to Enchanters with special hero), and the Titans my fav unit.
The Tower has only 1 lev7 ranged attacker and that is the Titan.
The Titan has an attack of 40-60 I think and it is the best Ranged attacker in the game and it also has an attack and defense rating of 24 making it a formidable creature to defeat and to have in your your army.
The special buildings that you can buy are:
Library- Increases the avaliable spells in the Mage Guild.
Good building to have if you like spells.
Wall of Knowledge- Increases the Knowledge of the by +2 permantley and only once per hero.
Lookout Tower- Can be useful if you want to see your surroundings without moving your hero out of the Town if you don't want him to die.
Advantages of town:
It has some really strong units (except maybe the Gargoyles pretty weak for lev2 unit).
It has the Nagas which i think are the strongest lev6 unit in the game.
It has the library which adds more spells in the Mage Guild, and that is really good because the Tower is mainly about spellcasters and wizards.
Has Titan unit, strongest Ranged attacker in the game.
Disadvantages of town:
Can be pretty weak to start off with, mainly because of the Gargoyles.
Units can cost quite alot, mainly the Titans costing 5000 gold and 2 Gems for 1 unit (ripoff).
Buildings can be quite dear (Cloud Temple).
Resource Silo only produces 1 Gem per day, good for buying a Titan, but useless early on in the game, whereas other towns like the Castle, produce +1 wood and +1 ore per day.
Units are relatively cheap and quite powerful.
The good thing about Ranged units is that the enemy has to move to you and you can stay where you are and keep hitting them with arrows, rocks, lightning bolts.
This can be a useful tactic later in the game, as most town types don't have 3 ranged units avaliable to them, unlike in the Tower where you have, Master Gremlin, Archmagi and Titans.
Gremlins/Master Gremlins are an alright unit for a lev1. They are also really cheap. Master Gremlins are slow with a speed of 5, but that doesn't matter because they are a ranged unit.
Gargoyles are pretty weak for a lev2 unit with an attack damage of 2-3 making them pretty weak, and they also don't have any special ability and that sucks.
Golems are a good unit early on in the game, as they have a magic resistance of 50% (stone golems) and 75% (iron Golems) So the damage they recieve from spells is reduced to 75%. They are also pretty cheap considering that they are a lev3 unit.
Magi/arch magi are a good ranged unit as they are pretty cheap and they have an attack damage of 7-9.
Magi are cheap only costing 350 gold, whereas ArchMagi only cost 450 gold, and that is pretty good.
It is also pretty good that Magi are ranged, and the upgraded unit Archmagi are also Ranged, whereas Gremlins are not ranged and Master Gremlins are.
Genies and Master Genies are also very good to have in your army. They are fast (Genies having a speed of extra swift meaning they can move 7 hexes) and (Master Genies having a speed of quick meaning they can move 11 hexes).
They are also pretty cheap with Genies costing 550 gold and Master Genies costing 600 gold, not bad considering they are a lev5 unit. Another good thing about Master Genies is the ability to cast random spells towards other units in your army. That can really help you because it casts good spells like bless, stoneskin etc.
Nagas and Naga Queens are perhaps the most powerful lev6 unit in the game.
Nagas having an attack damage of 20 and Naga Queens having a attack damage of 30.
They are powerful and har to defeat.
Nagas and Naga Queens are more expensive costing aroung 1100 gold. But I think it is worth wasting the gold on these units.
And finally to the Giants/Titans.
The Titans are the most powerful ranged attacker in the game.
I don't really bother with the Giants, because they are not ranged but they are still powerfull nonetheless.
The Titans have an attack and defense skill of 24 and their health is 300. But they are quite expensive costing around 5000 gold +2 gems to buy. But it is worth the gold and gems to buy these powerful units.
When fully upgraded with all buildings built, this town is virtually unstobbable, with the Titans, and Naga Queens and other units, this town is probably my fav.
The Heroes that are probably good for using are Neela because of her Armoury skill which can be very useful in battles, Solymer because of his Chain lightning skill, and Chain Lightning is my fav spell and is very powerful because it stikes multiple enemies in succesion, but the bad thing about that is, if your unit is near the spell area where you will cast it, then it is a high chance that your unit might get hit or even killed.
The heroes that are worth bothering about are the heroes (from the tower like Alchemists etc) are the ones that start off with a pretty reasonable Spell Power and Knowledge skills, around 4-5 starting off, and that is good because the Tower is mainly about spell casting because of the Library.
The opponents will cast spells mostly at the Titan mainly because he is the strongest on your team.
Genies have the casting ability so you can use that to your advantage while battling.
If you upgrade your Arch Magi into an Enchanter they cast spells on all of your units. The spells could be: Prayer, Bless, Stoneskin, and they come in use because the computer also like to go for the units which have the most numbers like the Gremlins or Gargoyles, and the spells can reduce the damage that they take, and increase the damage that they inflict on your opponent's troops.
The Gremlins/Master Gremlins should try and take out the low-medium strength troops. Don't try to take out the lev6 or lev7 troops because it wont do much good, stick to the lev2-lev5.
Gargoyles don't posses any special skills so just go and kill some enemy troops and get it over and done with.
Iron Golems are extremely useful, they are slow but their special skill makes up for that.
They have 75% magic resistance and sometimes the computer likes to cast spells on these early on in the game (when you dont have Nagas or Titans) and the damage from the spell is reduced to 75% and that is good. They also have a really good defense skill for a lev3 unit and that is also helpful.
Magi/Arch Magic are a good shooter unit.
They aren't the most powerful lev4 unit but they are a shooter and I much prefer shooters over melee units.
Genies have the casting ability which is good, because it improves your troops and makes them harder to defeat in combat.
The Nagas are the most powerful lev6 units in the game.
They have an excellen attack (Nagas 20 and Naga queens have 30) and that is nearly the attack damage that some lev7 units have.
Titans are the best shooter in the game.
You should attack the strong opponentt'ss troops lev6-lev7 units because they have the damage thing to do it. The only thin that is bad about the Titan's are their cos. The Computer will probably have some lev7 units (like 5 Black Dragons for example) and you might be struggling to even have one, mainly because of the cost to build one (5000 gold and 2 gems for 1 unit), that is probably the one thing bad about the Titan.
This town is good on nearly all maps mainly because it is so powerful. With units being cheap (except maybe the Titan) and 3 ranged attackers this is a town choice for anyone that wants to win or beat their friends, or likes the Defensive way of playing.
I recommend it to all people who like to win and have fun.
i rank it 9 out of 10.
I rank the fun 8-10.
So that's my opinion of this town and I hope you like it.

Gargoyles '7'?
They dont have any special abilities and they are weak for a lev2 unit.
Golems are good units mainly because of their magical resistance.
stone golems resistance 50% and Iron golems resistance is 75%, they are slow but that magical resistance make them a pretty good unit to have.
Genies are good units.
They have good speed like you said, but the random spellcastin can be useful if you dont have a spellbook and you want to cast a spell that will improve your units temporarily. They are also quite strong.
Nagas i agree with you.
Giants/Titans a '3' they are the best ranged attacker in the game, possibly stronger than black dragons, they are expensive but their power and strength makes up for that.

Obsidian Gargoyles can be useful at times. They possess some speed, so they can fly to hotspots that aren't too far away. In some instances, you can have your Master Genies wait while you have your Gargoyles take off the retaliation of a nearby tough creature, such as Ogres or Mighty Gorgons. Your Genies are fragile, so they can work well with another unit absorbing major retal.

I think Xarfax meant that Golems don't "resist" spells like Dwarves do. Instead, the amount of damage they receive from spells is reduced.
Well, I guess you could consider the Golem's ability a sort of resistance, per se. To avoid confusion, however, perhaps it's best not to.

Advantages:
To start, 3 shooters! that has plenty of tactical and strategical advanteges, such as having less loses because ranged attack has no retaliation. Also the best and larges magic repertuar, naturally being wizards.
Disadvantages:
Some of the buildings, suck as the upg. cloud temple are very expensive. This town is not that fast, so when fighting other high level armies you won't attack 1st.
Creatures:
The Titans are the best shooters. They are my all time fav. units. The are especialy good at HOMM III: the are (as always) randed, have no melee penalty (as always), have good stats, the highest HP (300!) And can do the highest damage (60!). The gremlins, although not being very strong are ranged, which is good. the Golems are slow but sturdy. There mechanical nature and spell resistance makes them a solid defence line. Nagas are slow, but very strong. The have set damage (which is good) and no retaliation ability, and plenty of HP (110!). Mages are phisicaly weeker than some creatures of their level, but being ranged and reducing the cost of spells compensates for that. Djinnies (the spelling is contrevercial) are the towns fastest and can cast beneficial spell but have prety low stats for their level (compare them, for example to the pit lords). Gargoyles are fast and... that's it. I thinkthat they are the towns worse creatures.
Unique Buildings:
The Library nice and very useful. Helps fulfill the towns magical superiority over the other alighnments.
The Wall of knowledge is nothing special. Every town has one skill boosting building. I must say that the knowledge bonus fits well in the towns magical orientation.
The Look out tower is nice and useful, especialy for smaller maps.
Heroes:
Wizards are good for making a spell caster hero, as they develop more knowledge than spellpower, which is most of the time the time exactly what you need for that type of hero. The towns best heroes , in my opinion, are:
Solmyr because of his mighty Chain Lightning speciality (very effective if you know how to use it the right way).
Aine with her +350 gold ability, and Rissa (if you need a more might oriented hero, although this is not hte towns specialty) for hes +1 Mercury ability.
Overall Rank: Arguebly the best town. In my opinion this is the best town. But the Castle comes close, and that is because it has some of the strongest creatures (Archangel , halbardier, champion).

Ok I will start again, adding to my other post. This is different.
I will start with the creatures.
Gremlins/Master Gremlins.
Gremlins are the lev1 unit for this town.
Their upgraded version Master gremlins gain the skill of being a ranged attacker.
They both cost hardly any gold, with Gremlins costing 30 gold and Master Gremlins costing 40 gold.
Although they don't have the best health in the game, they do have respectable Attack and Defense skills.
Their growth rate is 16 per week if no upgrades, it can go to 36 per week with upgrades.
When in battle, you should move Golems in front of the Gremlins, to protect them from anyone trying to hurt them.
Golems are tough so put them infront of gremlins, if you don't want to risk losing them.
Gargoyles/Obsidian Gargoyles.
The Gargoyles are the lev2 unit for this town.
They both don't have skills/abilities which can be used for combat.
They do have good attack and defense skills so that is a plus, with Stone Gargoyles having 6 attack and defense skills, and Obsidian Gargoyles having an attack and defense skill of 7.
They both have health of 16.
They are a flying unit so they have a reasonable speed.
When in combt you should cast haste on these, then charge them forward straight to the enemy, and take out their weaker units, mainly the archers/shooters whatever you like to call them.
Stone Golems/Iron Golems.
The golems are the lev3 unit for this town.
They have a good skill/ability during combat.
Stone Golems have damage from spells reduced by 50%, whereas Iron golems have damage from spells reduced by 75%.
Stone Golems attack skill is 7 and its defense skill is 10. Iron Golems attack skill is 9 and it's defense is 10.
Very tough creature for lev3 unit.
Their health is reasonable.
Stone has 30 and Iron has 35.
They both have the same amount of damage.
These units are really slow on the battlefield, so you should make them defend weaker creatures like the Gremlins or some of your other Ranged attackers.
Magi/Archmagi.
The Magi are the lev4 unit for this town.
They have good skills/abilities during combat.
Hero spells cost less, and they don't have any melee penalty.
For Example: If you have a hero which has basic wisdom, if you have 1 magi, or any number, the haste spell will cost 4 spell points instead of 6.
They have a good attack and defense skill.
Magi have 11 attack and 8 defense, Archmagi have 12 attack and9 defense.
They have less health than Golems so that is a downside to Magi.
Magi have 25 health and Archmagi have 30.
They do have alright speed, but that doesn't matter as they are both ranged attackers.
They both have 24 shots.
You can also upgrade Archmagi to Enchanter's with a specific hero.
Genies/Master Genies.
Genies are the lev5 unit for this town.
They have a good skill/ability.
Genies hate Efreet and Master Genies are spell casters and they hate Efreet.
They both have the same attack and defense skill of 12.
They also have a health of 40.
Their health is the third worst in the game.
Monks/Zealots have the lowest.
Their damage is:
Genies- 13-6
Master Genies- 13-16
Their attack is increased to 150% when attacking Efreet which is good for them.
They are flying units, so they have good speed.
Genies have a speed of Extra Swift _7 hexes of movement)
And Master Genies have a speed of Quick (11 hexes of movement)
Master Genies cost 600 gold and Genies cost 550.
When using these units, you should maybe defend the weaker units, as they dont have high health, they will get killed quite eaisly.
Or you could go with the spell casting ability which they have.
Nagas/Naga Queens.
Nagas are the lev6 units for this town.
They have the skill/ability of no enemy retaliation during combat.
They both have the same attack and defense skills of 13.
Nagas have an excellent damge of 20 whereas Naga Queens have a superb damage of 30.
Ghost dragons have a minimum of 25 damage and they are a lev7 unit!
Naga Queens have a damage 5 things more than Ghost dragons.
They arnt the fastest unit though.
They both have a good health of 110.
The only downfall is they cost cost quite alot of gold to buy.
When in combat you should cast 'haste' then chrage them towards the enemy, and you will win for sure, as they are the best lev6 unit in the game.
Giants/Titans.
These creatures are the lev7 unit for this town.
They have good abilities during combat.
Giants are immune to mind spells.
Titans are immune to mind spells, no melee penalty, they hate black dragons.
Whenever Titans attack Black dragons, they do 150% damage.
Giants have an attack skill of 19 and a defense skill of 16.
Titans have an attack and defense skill of 24.
Giants have a health of 150 whereas Titans have a health of 300, making them have the most health in the game, apart from ancient Behemoths and Black dragons which have the same.
Titans are the upgraded form of Giants, and instead of hand-to hand combat, they change to become a ranged attacker.
They are the most powerful ranged attacker in the game.
The only downfall is that they cost quite alot.
Giants cost 2000 gold and 1 gem.
Titans cost 5000 gold and 2 gems.
All Tower units have good morale.
That about sums it up for the units.
Special Buildings.
Library.
The Library adds more spells to your mage guild.
It is alright in cost, but it is essential if you want more spells and want to destroy your enemy with spells.
The Grail Building.
The Grail adds 5000 gold every day, 50% increased creature generation, and it reveals the entires world map.
Find this to gurantee yourself a victory.
Very good bonuses that come with it.
Lookout Tower.
The lookout tower reveals 20 terrain tiles around your town.
Resource silo.
When built the resource silo adds 1 gem every day.
That is good because to buy Titans you need gems, so that is good.
Wall of Knowledge.
When this is built, it gives visiting heroes +1 to their Knowledge skill.
Heroes of this town (good heroes only)
Fafner.
Secondary skills.
Fafner starts with basic scholar and basic resistance.
Attack- 1
Defense- 1
Power- 2
Knowledge- 2
Unique ability- Fafner increases the attack and defense skill of Naga/Naga Queens after each level attained after lev6.
Fafner is a good hero to have, as his unique ability is really good, as Nagas/Naga Queens are the most powerful lev6 unit in the game, and Fafner just makes them even stronger.
He is a good hero to start off with.
Solmyr.
Secondary skills.
Solmyr starts off with Basic wisdom and Basic Sorcery.
Attack- 0
Defense- )
Power- 2
Knowledge- 3
Unique ability- Solmyr casts Chain Lightning spell with increased effect.
Based on his level compared to the level of the target unit.
Solmyr is a good hero, mainly because of his unique ability.
He starts off with the Spell Chain Lightning in his spellbook.
He doesnt have an attack or defense but he has good Power and Knowledge.
Strategy.
Gremlin are useless when not upgraded, so try to upgrade them ASAP.
They are not good compared to other lev1 units in the game.
Master Gremlins defend well though, they are useful in high numbers. So try to take out fast moving creatures eg: Gold dragon, Cavilier.
Gargoyles are good in high numbers. You can cast 'haste' then chrage them forward and attack.
They are fast so you can use that to your advantage.
Stone Golems are slow but they have good defense.
Should put next to Gremlins to defend them from melee combat.
Iron Golems are defenders, so do the same thing as you did witth Stone Golems.
Magi/Arch Magi/Enchanters
Offensive archer.
You need thses in your army.
You don't have to worry about being swarmed because they have no melee penalty, but you should still defend them.
Genies are useless until they are upgraded.
You must upgrade them ASAP.
Master Genies should be best used after a retaliation. You should send them towards your enemies archer.
Or you could go with the spellcasting approach, by just casting spells with the Master Genies abilty, and casting them on weaker units., because they have a random benefit whatever the spell is.
Naga should be sent for the stronger units. You should cast 'haster' on them and send them towards the enemy.
Giants should be upgrade ASAP.
They are useless otherwise.
Titans are the shooters, so send these or shoot the biggest threat in the opposing army, mainly try to attack Black Dragond.
All the units have good morale, regardless whether the hero has a morale of neutral.
The Towers moat type 'Land Mines' does 150 damage to enemy units that step on it.
The Tower is one of the strongest town types in the game.
It has 3 ranged attackers, Master Gremlins, Magi/Arch Magi/Enchanters, and Titans.
These are all good units to have in your army.
This town also has the strongest lev6 unit in the game: Naga/Naga Queens.
When you are attacking an enemy/opponents castle, you should defend your shooter.
The castle turrents usually go for them.
You should guard your gremlins with putting Golems infront of them.
Golems are a defensive unit and that's what they are good for.
The enemy/opponent usually goes for the Stronger/medium strength units, are the unit with the most units eg: 300 Gremlins.
Gremlins are useful in high numbers so defend these.
Usually you should cast 'haste' on Gargoyles or Nagas and show your enemy what you are made of.
Usually make the gargoyles attack the weaker units, and make the Nagas attacke the stronger units.
You can do whatever you like with the Genies.
The Titans are immune ot Mind spells which is a good thing as the enemy usually likes to cast blind on higher level units.
So you dont have anything to worry about there.
If you have the ammo cart, then you will have an advantage as you will most likel have 3 ranged attackers in your army.
Your enemy usually likes to try and destroy the ammo cart, so try to defend it.
You don't need to worry about the enemy casting spells at your Golems.
Many of the Tower Heroes don't start off with good attack or defense skills, so try to build them up.
Also stay away from the harder battles until you have stronger units and more attack and defense. You can do this by gaining a level or visiting Marletto tower etc.
You will be casting spells alot, so you should have good Power and Knowledge, but you should cast your spells wisely.
Make the Titans attack the Black Dragons, because the damage done is 150%. Cool
If you have no spell points, then use your Master Genies spell casting ability.
They cast some good spells, and they don't cost any spell points at all.
They cast spells like Haste, Bloolust, frenzy, stoneskin etc.
Keep Master Genies in your army, they are extremely useful later on in the game.
The AI usually casts blind spells to your ranged attackers, mainly Arch Magi or Master Gremlins.
They don't cast them on Titans because Titans are immune to Mind spells.
If you like casting spells, you should start off with the hero Solmyr, build mage guild, Library, and the, the creature dwellings.
If you like having stronger units like Nagas (extremely useful), then start off with the hero Fafner, build appropriate creature dwellings, then castle, and thne probably Capitol, because Nagas can cost quite alot of Gold.
When picking any of the Tower heroes Alchemists or Wizards, you should start off by taking the Sorcery secondary skill as you will be casting spells quite alot during battles.
Advantages of Town.
Having 3 ranged attackers is a plus.
This therefor makes this town very strong, with the est ranged attcker in the game the Titan.
It has some good special buildings, like the Lookout Tower, the Library, Wall of Knowledge etc, which are very useful during the game.
Having the Naga which is the most poweful lev6 unit in the game, which could eaisly be a lev7 unit
Hero spells cost less, when you have Magi in your army, the spells cost goes down by 2.
Disadvantages.
Some units cost quite alot to buy.
Titans cost 5000 gold and 2 gems.
Buildings can also cost quite alot.
Has some weak units really early on in the game.
Gargoyles have no special ability, which is a bit of a bummer.
Rating.
I would rate this town 9/10, mainly because of the strength of the town units, although they can be a bit weak early on in the game, when you get those stronger unitsyou will become virtually unstopable.
It has 3 ranged attackers, good special buildings, and you can hire good heroes like Fafner and Solmyr.
There were some bad things like units costing quite alot, but still this is an excellent town to start off with, if you are a new player, an expert or if you are just looking fora fun time playing online or against the computer.
This towncan be very exciting and fun to play, and it can sometimes be a bit of a challenge, but still a very good town indeed.
Well I hoped that I sumed it all up for everyone reading this.
I will edit this if I fing anything more about this town, and I hoped you enjoyed reading this.
Thanks for reading. WILLIAM.

Overall nice review of the Tower town Wiliam. Thank you for your effort.
One thing made me think, and prolly u could explain it to me:
Quote: All the units have good morale, regardless whether the hero has a morale of neutral
Where do u have this info from?
Perhaps u mix something up here?
If all creatures on a hero are from ONE town, they ALWAYS have +1 moral, but this counts for ALL towns (except necropolis).
