It's noobish to...
*Send your main hero straight for any Witch Huts that come into view.
*Only hire heroes you happen to find attractive. ("Duuuude, Oris is hot!") 
*Visit the Swan Pond near the beginning of your turn.

Yea, I did sacrafice backwards ONCE. I learned my lesson real quick after that.
And forgotten the spellbook...well, too often.
And since most of the things in this thread are screw-ups rather than noob stuff, here's more.
Moving all the units to the main, then attacking that big stack....and your scout was still selected.
Getting to day 6 and realizing you forgot a build earlier in the week.
Using poor man's TP and realizing you forgot to buy Kyrre/Dessa/Aine from the tavern before they got bumped out.
Turning the page of the spell book and accidently hitting the mass misfortune spell in the upper right.

There is even a higher degree of the "Poor Mens Townportal Malheur":
Doing that on Archangels case youve Tactics, but forgetting to put the shackles back into the backpack!! Ouch

*To dismiss all of your skeletons because they are slow, useless and weak anyway ghost dragons and dread knights are much more powerfull. 
*To split your powerstack in 2 groups to kill more stacks each turn for the 1st fight and forgetting to put them back together for the 2nd hard fight when you need them united.

To split your stack of 7 pikeman into 7 units of 1 pikeman and then casting death ripple during the fight...

Even worse is sending your main a full day to a one way portal and getting the message "This structure is obviousely a travel gate.....".

You acuse your opponent of cheating by using fly or dd because you havent figured out how to use "poor mans town portal".
This is a typical noob thing to do in contrast to many of the other suggestions here.

Thread owner should decide, if this thread should stay in the Library (but i can remember a similar thread here...), or should be moved to the wastelands.
Coz maretti already mentioned, some of the posts are really "serious", while others are just ment to be jokes.
If it should stay here, i will delete the "spam jokes" then...

Well true, but this topic is humourous. There is no spamming. There's just laughing at noobs. And BTW, it's nice you realized your mistake and you won't do it again. Well, I hope you did.
I have noticed, that many noobs have a tendency to smack their computers while losing. Most of the time it's just a kick and slap, sometimes it's the valuable button "RESET", while rarely it's mass hysteria connected to throwing your computer everywhere...

I think this thread should stay as it is...some serious and some fun posts. But the Mod should decide. 
Maybe deleting Strangers posts would be enough...he turned from an interested newcomer into a bored spammer.

A noobish thing to do is....
...to play 100% difficulty
...to play without any rules
...to speak a lot during turns
...tend to play Necro. Also they consider Lord Vampires much better than skeletons.
...to play Magic heroes. Noobs don't know any other hero except Thant, Aislinn and Solmyr
...always tend to cast offensive spells instead of mass slow/haste/bless
...never chain army
...never use Demon farming when playing Inferno
...to go far away from any roads by main hero
...to travel Swamp with non-native creatures (though his scout has gnolls for example)
...not to build Skeleton Transformer in Necropolis playing necro...even in case when full Shakti with 120 trogs is inside their tavern
...to get bored and quitting after playing 40 minutes
...never observe opponent's stats in tavern
...leave big territory around main town unexplored
...always go out of the road for visiting minor buildings like +1 spell power
...to quit immediately after loosing main hero in fight with neutral monsters

*Mistranslating the "Horde" and "Throng" and having to retreat
*Being magic arrowed by a scout who then retreats
*Saving on the first turn, then finding the grail so you can restart with an advantage
*Attacking a wight with weak monsters and watching it regenerate
*Killng a few of the skeletons of a necromancer and realising that if you lose he will ressurect them back anyway
*Putting your archers in a easy position to block
*Giving your scout walking dead or dwarves.
