I have a problem on the last mission of the Necromacy campaing. I cant get to Godric. How do you reach him? Through the sea? Through land? How????? Please someone help me....

have you not read all the posts? the answers are there 100 times over, it is most likely you had a glitch and do not have angel wings, solutions have been described or you can restart mission.

how I made it
The necro campaign...I can''t say it's very easy,but with Markal having Raise Dead spell and with some strategy u can rule those pathetic wizards[at least in the first 4 maps].Anyway,in the 5th mission,I just can't defeat Godric,his strenght lies in numbers.i'm still woking on a strategy to defeat that traitor...

I only saw that because alot of you are talking about recruiting dragons bones and in all my missions I didnt have that objective...

In the last map of the compaign 'wizards',the game is closing.i do not know what to do.maybe this is happnening because i use cheats ?????

I'd love to see that game closes if someone cheats but life is brutal and it doesn't... I think ( I never bothered to use that crap).
Strange thing is that my game sometimes also quits to windows... Just like that. No info about some errors etc. (of course it didn't happen to often - I just finished whole game and experienced it 2 or 3 times)
The only 2 things that come to my mind are:
- my WinXP sux (copy from 2001 or 2002)
- my HDD gets crazy - maybe it is aging (over 4 years running or sth)

its not your system its the game, heroes 5 is one of the buggiest games ive ever played, some missions you have to restart or try doing something different to not generate the bug/error.

you never played mu online - the buggiest game ever (even p2p guys can tell it  ).
Aside of those occasional 2 sudden quits, I never had problems with it.
Usually bugs come with patches (which - as I read more topics on the forum - is the case in h5) - so I play on 1.0 still.

Sorry if this has been answered already, but...
I hear that in the fifth level of Necromancer campaign I have to defeat Godric. I am about to finish level 2 now (building up Lorekeep and collecting the army) but I played almost all the fights with Godric (I don't know why, I simply went out on the see with Godric hoping to escape both invaders but I managed to defeat them both ;-) ). Also, due to his Leadership skills he boosts up the morale no matter how the army is mixed.
Godric has now reached the max level - I think he's now level 19 or something... didn't I make him unbeatable for the level 5? Thanks God he doesn't have powerful spells but still... shouldn't I replay the level using Markal (now level 14, I hope to train him up in the rest of level 2)?¨

It is true that you'll face Godric at the last necropolis map. However, it is also true that those who dont train Godric well enough may regret badly later on (no advanced spoliers  ). I dont think you should replay the map, but rather, ensure that Markal also maxes his lvl in this map. You need a never-say-die Markal to defeat mighty Godric at the end

Thanks for the answer... I didn't know I would need Godric again.
Too bad that most of the map is cleared but there are still some stacks (e.g. Titans guarding the Longbow) that can serve as a training party for Markal. I don't know if it's a good idea to attack the Titans guarding the monolith though. Also the garison army seems to be too strong. I need to raise him up from lev 14 to level 20(?)

Build Citadel and Titans will run away. If you have Summoning and Phoenix spell and you will be ok against Godric. AI loves beating this poor creature

I know, but I want to boost Markal from some level 14 to the max cap (20?) and most of the map is cleared already... I don't know how much experience I get for conquering the Orange Academy...

Hmm if you cant get Markal to a high enough lvl in map 2, you may have some problem in map 3, where enemy resistance is higher. When i played it at heroic lvl, i met Havez with 21 titans with other tiers of corresponding numbers on wk 5  As if that is not enough, he was given Arcane Omniscience...i have to flee the main land and re-org my troops, and employ some cat-mice race before engaging him again My Markal was maxed at all maps to ensure good chance of survival.

Thanks, tomorrow I'll be back on my home computer and check which possibilities of leveling-up Markal has... but actually I am quite keen to try to replay the mission with Markal only (well, almost) and keep Godric away from any experience and Mage Guilds 
I don't need Godric anymore in the next missions, do I?

I'll give Markal priority in terms of levelling up for this campaign. However, giving Godric some stat boosters wont hurt you too much either Honestly speaking, you'll be glad you did buff Godric well enough. I really dont want to reveal further
