Show some respect. He is a moderator of these forums and he tries hard to make everything fine here, as well as the other moderators as well. If you don't know what to do then just read the FAQS or send a HCM and ask someone. No need to be rude.

No. But if you're as smart as you claim to be, I'd suggest that for a map-making question, you should check the map-making forum, and one of the first threads you'll see will be Heroes 5 Map Editor Help and Tips.... Even if you're talking about HoMM 3, asking people there, would be much more fruitful than flaming here.
Have a nice day.

And i made a topic about my problem even before your post in map-making forum, so... guess i pass your smartness test

Seems people like to bring their issues with them, nice. That's the wrong attitude but you are new here and I'll let it go this once, next time that you have a bad day I won't be as lenient. Also there was no reason to post any links when there is a sticky questions FAQ for all to see.
And let me tell you something, people are not supposed to bend over backwards to cater to your every desire, maybe you should consider that not everyone is around all the time and those online when you posted might not have the answer.

No sh*t, who would ever thought of that... Well, guess it's one of the reasons i've stopped serious mapmaking long ago, ha.
No help = no results, no finished maps.

I don't know how to do this because I never needed the option, but try the following:
Open the map (.h5m) with a program that can read Zip files (WinRar, WinZip, etc). Enter the Maps folder inside and rename the next folder you see to "Multiplayer". I don't know if it works, never tried it.
Also you should watch your attitude, I was about to not even reply because of that.

Quote: I have a question about mapmaking/editing.
Couldn't make my own tread because of your weird rules, so i'll have to spam this question in few old treads:
How can i convert singleplayer map to multiplayer ?
There's nothing to change with this matter in map properties window, so i'm confused...
Ok using Tote map editor it will be in
Adventure Map Properties: -> Player Properties
There you must select the Player for example player 1 and when you look a little down you will see that you can select or unselect following options:
Human Playable(Probably your answer how to make multi)
Computer Playable
And you have to repeat this action for every player you want to be human playable
I also someday had a problem with mapeditor tried to get help on forums and solved problem by myslef(luckly)
I hope it will help

Now that TotE 3.1 patch is out, we can expect a v3.1 manual in the not-too-distant future?
I also noticed some bugs in v3.0 of the manual:-
page 176 --- Does incorporeal allow 2 misses or 3 misses in a row? From some posts, it seems that incorporeal stacks can only have 2 misses in a row at most (or has this been fixed in v3.1?).
page 297 --- after runemages, there is no description about hero development for stronghold's barbarians or the ultimate ability ---absolute rage. Perhaps this can be added in v3.1, but I am not a Stronghold player so perhaps I may not be in the best position to write on that.
page 306 --- fortress offers ammo carts (not ballistas) at normal price

Tested that last night...
No more than 2 misses in a row, 4 battles with 100% accuracy to that!
Tested for TotE v. 3.0

Indeed, I'm currently working on the 3.1 manual update. I hope to have it released this week, at least in english.
broadstrong, thanks for the pointers.
Incorporeal indeed only allows two misses/hits in a row, not 3. The way the misses counter is incremented has changed at some point. This reduces the statistical variability, something that players have been largely asking for, so we should have picked it up (if only Nival changelogs included balance changes...).
I'll try to have some helpful descriptions about barbarian development and absolute rage. We didn't have time to play them before the original release, but it should be there now, I agree.

Thanks sfidanza, always dedicated
Btw I have noticed that a few times imperial griffins battle dive one spot, move randomly somewhere else and then they lose units as if they attacked themselves. Do you know why this is happening? Rare but annoying.
Also there are some data changes that are posted in the 3.1 patch thread, would be nice if you could explain what they mean. For instance does <Bash_ProcFactor>1.5</Bash_ProcFactor> mean that bash triggers 50% more now or something else?

I've read a big part of the threads available here about the bugs from the game, and all the speculation about what those numbers could possibly mean.
I have a hunch... with good odds to be true [based on previous experience of mine on programming] : those numbers multiply the initial factor, indeed factor*1.5 will have a result of 50%. This is the best way in which you can upgrade any application, especially if it was developed with .NET. {Yes i know this suposition has beend done by others also, but I think this is the trick}
I will say sorry for my english, as it is not my native language.

@Elvin:
I have no info about Battle Dive. It might be a bug, or maybe it happens when the enemy hero has Corrupted Soil (also it should only concern melee attacks)?
About triggering chances and ProcFactor values:
Bash_ProcFactor = 1.5 means that once the base chance for Bash is computed (with the classic formula), the total chance is given by:
totalChance = 1 - (1-baseChance)^1.5
Basically, Bash has 1.5 tries to succeed. This kind of formula was already used (for Paw Strike for example). It's been reused more generally in 3.1, where any ability can have a ProcFactor different from 1, allowing for more balance tweaking.
There will be a detailed table in the triggering chances section in the 3.1 update, including the new abilities.
