Actually, according to [url=https://web.archive.org/web/20110902170454/http://www.heroes-fr.com/en/fan_manuals.php]webarchive[/url], there was a 3.1 version for English, Czech and Polish manuals, but not French...

Yes, there's changelog but no way do download it.
If we would be talking about CZ version, you can still got it here
3.0 Skillwheel is available here or in the manual

Setting Ultimate skill level (not perk) by modding
Hello,
I've read the additional resources about Heroes 5 in the cheating guide and it says that if you add a skill to a hero, it will be advanced one level and if it's the racial skill it can go from "Expert" to "Ultimate".
However it also says you can add perks, disregarding requirements, which does not work, at least from 3.0 onward - if the hero does not have the prerequisites the perk is not added. And, no, it's not added but hidden. The same is true for the "Ultimate" level skill.
The syntax I use is:
"@GiveHeroSkill("HeroName", SkillID)"
How can I give some hero his ultimate racial skill level (NOT perk) by modding?

hi folks, thanks for the great manual!
I just spotted a typo, so I thoght I'd report it here. I hope it can get fixed.
on page 317 it says "Understably" instead of "Understandably".

Hello, i like HOMM5, and i played it frecuently with my brother. We should like to be part of the community and play with you guys. i dont know how to find games in Radmin or else about that matter. I was looking up for a while now and i have no clue yet. Sincerily Craig.

Not sure about radmin, I think you already must know the name and password of a group to join. But on gameranger you can find people easily.
