yeh, dwarven women in MM don't have beards... what's this with Thane? Why isn't he back with the genies! Steal a hero if u want Nival, but at least honour him by letting him be a genie again. Ripping away someone's immortality is pure evilness!

Maybe that should a spell, make Thane imortle (for a limited time of course). And you can only use it once.

@hobowu: I think that the Thane is a normal unit, not a hero. (thane = saxon chieftain - dwarven chieftain, in this case)

@Vora:I think he was pissed that these chieftains 'borrowed' the name of Thane the alchemist
@Sindbad:Theoretically yes as it seems that ubi reads h5 forums.But don't count on it a lot as there's a lot for them to read and each one of us posts his wishes.They may take some ideas but it's up to them on whether they'll implement them or it depends on how many people ask for something(caravans wouldn't be included in the add-on had the fans remained inactive).

Well there have been quite a few disappointed fans for several reasons:Too many dwarves,yet another dragon for tier 7,no cool mythological creatures in the lineup,barbarians should have appeared first etc.Still there are some who wanted to see this town and it's too late to change anything as HoF comes out on November/December.And why would it change?As long as the troops are interesting to play with and the dragon has nothing in common with the others why should we complain?I see it as a breath of fresh air,a faction with new abilities and a unique racial,which seems satisfactory enough.

I think it will be better to have trained bear instead without dwarve on it back. It will be more senceless to keep the reader instead of some spikes.

I like the dwarf  and I dont like the fortress... 
And the things I completely dislike on this project:
-whats the heros class? Rune mage? YUCK!
-why do they combine dwarves with runes???
-why is the heo riding on a mamoth?
-the planned racial skill that makes your blesings harder to dispell is useless, unoriginal and just doesnt fit to dwarves
-units that I dont like: skirmisher, bear rider, berserker and fire priest
-and they have no flyers! Just the teleporting stormlord!
-no cool mythological creatures
-the magma dragon sucks! I dont like his look and his abilities are also very unoriginal!
And to list the things that I like I would have to think of some...

Dwarves with runes strange?Give me a break!
Many wow players get dwarves to play a paladin and dwarves are usually good in any culture.Light seems a natural choice and it's early to judge yet unimplemented abilities which may have other side effects.
As for unoriginality it is Nival's trademark.

Anyone know what the balance of primary skills at level up will be? As of now Haven, Sylvan, and Inferno are might. Dungeon, Academy, and Necro are magic. Where will fall the Fortress? Do they get attack mostly? What does that have to do with magic? Well that is why there magic is 'mechanical' rune in nature.
Isn't the dragon a flyer? Or is it landbound? Besides everyone knows shooters are the best. Is the stormlord guy a thunderbird in disguise?

The Fire/Lava Dragon is nothing like the previous dragons, he's the first lvl 7 walking melee creature.

I think I agree with both of you:
The dragon looks stupid, its boring, because yet another dragon...
And above all that, its a lousy walker!!! And his abilities arent very special too - very similar to phoenix.
Magma dragon sucks!
