Excellent drawings!!Hill giants remind me of earth elements from h3.if the crusader will be brought to life in 3d,maybe it will be the best swordsman\paladin looking like creature of all heroes games.

Thanks a lot for the great compliment! Wow, the best crusader ever! But I already improved these images and I will replace them for the old and then you will see the crusader...
So does everyone agree, that I can go on the next topic? Nobody is interested in the questions about alt buildings?

Here is my take on the granite giant.
Granite Giant
While looking somewhat like a earth elemental, its suppose to have more of an ogranic feel in between the joints, like the rock is the outside armor to this being. The waist cloth is more or less a gift from the elfs, also to make them look more civilize.

Hey actionjack, did you draw that? Looks really awesome but I was really thinking that my drawing would fit better...
Besides, I am going to have a new custom avatar! It looks really awesome! I love it! Take a look:
Pretty cool, isnt it? Oh, I am so excited...

Your Hill Giant look good too Sinbad, just a bit too much like the one from Warcraft 3: FT, to my thinking....
Here is a quick (but very bad looking...) sketch of what I think Incubus would look like.
Would have long hair and pretty face, like that of elf, with some armor and gold chain to make him look more refine. Holding a etheral black sword. On the bottom would be layers of reach pattern cloth and armor, to cover up his hoof legs. Maybe also a tail or wing (not shown)

Again, that's really good, but a bit too elf-looking. I think it has to doo with the cloth thing, and also, the Demons of Ashan aren't that hairy, they are more like scaley in nature.

Man, are YOU drawing those cool pictures actionjack??? Are they drawn on the PC? If, in what program?
That incubus looks awesome, but as a succubus male, he should have a tail and torn up wings. And blonde hair doesnt fit to inferno very much. Change it into black hair (when upgraded, his hair will be burning flames that will actually look like blonde). And that sword doesnt seem to fit to him. I will try to draw my version of incubus sometimes when I got time...
To that hill giant - it is supposed to look like in Warcraft III
PS: *please dont send here anymore of your artwork, you're embarrasing me... No, no, just joking!*

If you dont mind, I will start with the second topic:
2. New neutral creatures and some changes:
The Elementals (lvl 5): I must suggest, their appearance is still becoming worse and worse... Why do they make them look so stupid? I have first seen the summon elementals in the spellbook. On the spell icon they were looking really good, and then I saw them... It was horrible! I was sooo disgreased! Well, my suggestion is that they could look like in the spell icon or like in homm3 except the water elemental – this could be like in homm2. Next, i think they could have upgrades like in homm3. (I am gonna draw them) You can get them so – with master of conjuration will give the summon elementals spell effect to summon upgraded elementals. Dwellings – OK. Theyre specials should be changed too:
Air elemental, upg Storm elemental
Specials:
-elemental, flyer
-lightning resistance – creature is resistant against air based spells
-incorporeal
-summon lightning (upg) – its attack can deal additional lightning damage
-caster:
*lightning bolt
*chain lightning (upg)
Water elemental, upg Ice elemental
Specials:
-elemental
-ice resistance (also cannot be freezed)
-freezing attack (upg) – attacked enemy can become frozen
-caster:
*ice bolt
*circle of winter
*weakness
*suffering (upg)
*blizzard (upg)
Fire elemental, upg Energy elemental
Specials:
-elemental, ranged
-fire resistance
-fire attack
-fire shield
-area attack (upg)
-caster (upg):
*fireball
*vulnerability
Earth elemental, upg Magma elemental
Specials:
-elemental
-earth resistance (not upg)
-magic proof (upg)
-unlimited retaliation
-caster:
*stone spikes
*meteor shower (upg)
The Phoenix: this one is OK. No upgrade, no dwelling – only summonable, his stats depend on casters spell power.
Some new guys:
Leprechaun, upg Lucky Leprechaun (lvl 1) – you can get this unit by summoning magic or in external dwellings.
Specials:
-lucky (upg) - his luck is never below 1
-caster:
*fortune
*divine strength
*slayer (upg)
Satyr, upg Faun (lvl 2) – you can get this unit by summoning magic or in external dwellings.
Specials:
-leader (upg) - increases morale by 1 for all friendly units
-caster:
*mirth (upg)
*haste
*boost
Shadow wolf, upg Dark Wolf (lvl 4) – you can get this unit by summoning magic or in external dwellings.
Specials:
-enraged
-double attack
-hide – (activated, once per combat) makes himself invisible to enemy units for 3 turns
-incorporeal (upg)
Faerie dragon, upg Magic dragon (lvl 7, earth) – you can get this unit by summoning magic or in external dwellings.
Specials:
-large creature, flyer
-acid breath
-magic mirror 20% (upg 40%)
-caster:
*fireball
*phantom forces
*confusion (upg)
*magical immunity (upg)
Azure dragon, upg Blizzard dragon (lvl 7, water) – you can get this unit by summoning magic or in external dwellings.
Specials:
-large creature, flyer
-ice breath (like acid breath)
-immunity to ice (not upg)
-magic proof (upg)
-freezing attack (upg)
Volcano dragon, upg Infernal dragon (lvl 7, fire) – you can get this unit by summoning magic or in external dwellings.
Specials:
-large creature, flyer
-fire breath
-immunity to fire (not upg)
-magic proof (upg)
-explosion
-fire shield (upg)
Wind dragon, upg Thunderstorm dragon (lvl 7, air) – you can get this unit by summoning magic or in external dwellings.
Specials:
-large creature, flyer
-summon lightning (upg)
-magic resistance 30% (upg 50%)
-heavy wind – (activated) all units surrounding the dragon will be randomly displaced
Tiger (lvl 4) – a form of the shapeshifter (see new towns, Bastion) or a summoning of the Beastmaster (also Bastion)
Specials:
-enraged
-fast strike
Bear (lvl 4) – another form of the shapeshifter or a summoning of the Beastmaster
Specials:
-enraged
-shield bash (stuns enemy with his large paw)
Eagle (lvl 4) – another form of the shapeshifter or a summoning of the Beastmaster
Specials:
-flyer
-immunity to blind
Dryad, upg Dryad grovekeeper (lvl 3) – you can get this unit by summoning magic or in external dwellings.
Specials:
-ranged (upg)
-caster:
*summon wasp swarm
*cure (upg)
*entangling roots (upg)
I have changed my mind once again - I deleted the mummies (dont ask why) and added Dryads (as summonable)

Heh, that sounds like my seventh level creature for my Guild town, except for a few things: My Faerie/Magic Dragon lacks the Acid breath (they fight with their claws), their spells are Fireball, Meteor Shower and Chain Lighting (the last one is upgrade exclusive), doesn't have magical immunity, and the magic mirror is 50%/100% for the respective forms. Well, I know YOU read it.

Here is an idea for external buildings... Spawning Nest
Spawn Nest is a new type of drwelling found on the map. They could be "nest" for various things, from Man-Eating Bug, to Rat People, to Goblins, to some sort of beast, etc etc. What they do is that they act somewhat like a NPC castle, but usually do not need resources or materials, but will produce X amount of creature each week. They have its own "hero" who would attack any one that come near aggressivly (meaning they can move around the map). They are aggressive, but usually they would not go too far and not attack any towns, (unless the town is near that nest.) The exp they give will be low too, to avoid player whould could "camp" next to it to earn exp.
They will continue to produce creatures like so, and attack anyone near, unless you attack their nest. Once defeat the guard and flag it, it could produce several results (depend on what kind of nest too), such as give you gold, exp, material, items, or become a drwelling building where you can buy that type of creature for you army... or still remain active, but will be your ally, and will attack anyone but you who come's near.

Elementals > I think it makes sense to have the Elementals upgradable as in Heroes III ... I'm not too sure I'm very keen on having all the Elementals being casters ... I can see your reasoning, though, but it's gonna be quite tough. Especially the Earth elemental throwing Meteor Shower and having good HP is gonna be really nasty (too much for a level 4 unit, probably).
I can also follow you reasoning with the Elemental Dragons - do notice, however, that according to some sources, the Green and Emerald Dragons are "impersonations" of the Dragon of Earth, and the Lava and Magma Dragons will be representations of the Dragon of Fire (just like the Black Dragon represents the Dragon of Darkness). Thus, there only needs to be dragons of Water, Air and Light (and all in all, that's gonna be an awfull lots of dragons).
Spawning Grounds reminds me a lot of the Barbarian tribes of Civilization (if anyone ever played that game). A very interesting idea, it's gonna have impact on gameplay, but will add some nice features, and will also be reminiscent of the wandering creatures and heroes of Heroes IV which I liked.

Hi Fofa! Good to see you again and thanks for the feedback!
The faerie dragon might sound like yours, but it is just a coincidence!
Actionjack, your idea sound too complicated for Heroes and doesnt make very much sense.
Alcibiades:
I have realised already that the elementals might be too strong with those spells, but the only *caster* should be the water elemental (he has lot more mana, the others just for one spell)
Meteor shower could go together with the earth elemental if he casts it at *basic level* (I will explain in the magic part)
The elementals levels will be from now on lvl 5, if you have missed that.
Those elemental dragons arent copies of the god dragons, but only a creation of summoners (see new spells then)
So, thats probably enough for neutral creatures, if you have nothing to say...
We can go on the magic topic, but I need your help: inspire me with a lvl 5 destuctive spell with ice effect!

I actually think they are pretty well conceived. Better than the ugly walking men from Heroes 2 at least.

Hi crashnburn! Thanks for stopping here.
Are you sure you like
a tornado with a silly face,
a pile of flying rocks with a head (with one eye) between its legs and torso,
a snake with a yellow helm thats searing water al over
and a huge burning snake with thin cannon arms
Well I like the elementals from the spell icon. When I got some time, I will draw them in larger form.
