One idea I have for getting an extra leviathan from the bonus building would be this:
you may sacrifice one of the following resources (sulfur, crystal, gems, mercury) or two of the following (wood or ore) three times. if appeased by the offering, an extra leviathan will appear. if not appeased, nothing happens but u'll have a 50% extra chance the extra leviathan would appear next week.

so its like the dungeon building, but works with chance? too similar imo.

Please no offerings! It will be very annoying if you don't have enough resource generators. Just use the growth-boosting building normally!

Make it simpler, without sacrifice...
The building description - drains X amount of gold on beggining of every week, provides +Y growth for selected unit...

Lets just leave the Altar of Offering as it is.
We have three more things to do:
1. Third Racial Ability
2. Ability for Sorcery
3. A special building that has some affect for the town... Like cage of warlords or something of that nature.

building idea:
Throne of Ignorance
A visiting hero may sacrifice his/her Knowledge and Spell Power points (player can select the amount of sacrificed points). Then all hero's units get +10% damage per sacrificed point until next battle.
---
the sacrifice of knowledge/spellpower will be permanent, so it makes more sense to use it only if you see a big battle coming, eg a siege.
the name of the building could be improved.

Well that doesn't really suit the naga, and how could ignorance help anyone make better results in combat? How about something simple, like the Throne of Enlightenment, that gives the hero 1000 XP like that dungeon building from heroes III? Or +1 knowledge. That would be useful in early game

How about Altar to Shalassa? I think that could be a good name for the leviathan growth-booster. I also just realized that the only building with 'Shalassa' in them are the TOA building, so it'll be okay. For the special building, how about Mystic Pond, like in H3? Produces 1-3 of some special resource every day.

That's just what I'm talking about. We used to vote about that stuff... I know this is taking longer than our Stronghold but don't lose patience.
And it should be Altar of Offerings, not Offering. Plural is used for things like that. You should also consider running a full grammar check on the masterpost, if we send something with grammar like "All your base are belong to us" no one will ever take us seriously.

Like you said it is taking forever but I think everyone agreed about the Leviathan booster building but not the name. So if anyone disagrees they can say so, but til then I'm leaving it as it is because its inconvenient to keep changing the tech tree picture. I have already run a spellcheck on the master post. And we still need the third racial ability...

naga are sadly going to be orient-styled, and their native terrain might be tundra. check this:
its from hof resource. i didnt find it. but i thought you want to know it too.

wait... its 1 building, and its called Naga Temple...
maybe then naga will be just a neutral, as 1 building is named after them
(like Imp Crucible, and there is just 1 imp, but there is no Dark Elf Cottage or something similar, as Dark Elves are a whole race)?
maybe we can have a medusa/lizardman/MightyMoo town instead? that would be even nice. peresonally i wouldnt like nagas as a whole race.

i think nagas should be a race, personally, but in a different style and a different terrian style, as well.

Everything is subject to change. Look at the treants, they were changed from their original form. so many creatures and buildings underwent changes. they might just make that oriental building a neutral building. but then again who knows. I say we quickly finish this and submit it to Nival. but like i said:
WE NEED:
1. THIRD RACIAL ABILITY
2. SORCERY ABILITY
and we're done... so the sooner you send suggestions the better cuz I'm out of ideas

You also need the leviathan growth-booster. Why don't you just call it Altar of Shalassa?! The offering thing would be annoying and complicated.
