Consis vs. The_Gootch: (round 1) - FIGHT!
This is the only way I can respond to your post in the Tavern. It seems an appropriate location for my response. Let me just say that I have no way of ever being able to meet you. What else should I say? I offer a friendship beer and you respond like a woman who forgets nothing and forgives even less. Having said that much . . . let me attempt to defend myself:
~In regards to your comments that insinuate an airforce soldier is somehow less than a marine soldier . . . I can't believe you would do such a thing. I don't know about you but I took an oath that is probably word for word exactly what all armed service members take when they choose to serve voluntarily, which is exactly what I did. I was a soldier through and through. In my mind, a soldier is a soldier and we both served this country. Service is service. C.I.A. is just as important as the F.B.I. There are geeks who are heroes just as much those who sport rippling biceps and pecks from hell.
~In regards to my opinion about what you jokingly referred to as the subjugation of women . . . I still haven't changed it. I have two daughters and I'm teaching them to excel despite the common historic belief that men are superior in some way.
~In regards to my response in the hatred thread . . . I'm guilty. I had no idea who Wolfman was. At the time, I had seen his postings (which i read thoroughly) as youthful and looking for answers. But after I saw his peripheral website of the Nazi humor and then his sweeping generalized attacks on the ACLU . . . I realized what a fool I was.
Wolfman turned out to be someone that couldn't possibly defend any longer. And for that, I take back what I said about you in defense of him. I apologize. You were right all along.

It's funny how Women want to be treated equally.
BUT
When it comes to stuff like hard work that they really dont want to do, then they say it's mans work  .
Women always throw thier women power at us, will it be putting us in jail or always getting thier way.

Would I cause an international incident if I said all soldiers suck equally? I mean, airforce dudes bomb innocents from a couple of thousand miles above, G.I.s or whatever you call them kill innocents on the ground, anywhere where they aren't protected (remember the clip from Iraq: "This one is playing dead" "He's not playing anymore" in some hospital or wherever)... They are all equal to me. And that dosn't only go for the US but for all the countries in the world, it's just that US uses them more oftenly (to defend it's country on the other side of the world *cough*oil*cough*).

It's true though.
If a woman dont want to do somethang, then the man always have to do it ot it will never get done.
Like I said yrs ago, all a woman has to do is call the police & say we hit her & we go to jail no questions asked.
It has nothing to do with Equal.
I am talking about the bad eggs that take advantage of thier sex to get by.
I know plenty of them.
COnsis reply about women is not based in general but to the good women who dont use the law or thier man to take advantage of.

For the record I just want to say - I do play the "that's a man's job" when it is necessary to kill something dangerous - eg redback spiders. I can only kill mosquitos which is hypocritical because I do eat some meat  But, apart from that *slapslapslap*

This could all be much ado about nothing. I think The_Gootch knows I respect his posts and the quality of his work. I even respect his role playing waaaaaay back in the day when that woman worshipping thread was created in the Glade.
He seems to know it - I seem to show it - what was I talking about? Yeah well it was a long time ago and I'm not sure it ever even mattered now.

Your problem Jake is that your opinion counts & if we have a different opinion, then were Hyprocrites.
That is why people debate on alot of what you say.
You believe so much about what you say that it dont even become a debate, it becomes a fact.
Then when you dont like a topic, you tend to make some sly remark then leave it for good.
You could easily just, leave it be for others who are interested.
Why you used to get into it with the women on here.

Few things here. This isn't your first reference to my allegedly hording quotes and holding grudges. First off, I'm guessing my short term memory isn't shot up the way yours probably is. Secondly, I have what, about 700 posts in my five years here? You have uh, octupled that? So yeah, it's a little easier for me to manage and remember what others' responses have been to me over the years.
