Does the song brought some news to the driver when he listened to it? (kinda like reading the newspaper)
If not, did it have an emotional impact on the driver?
Was the song connected with something personal for driver?

Quote: Ok, so for now, you told us that he killed himself because of the music that was broadcasted unexpectedly...
This conclusion is wrong.
Maybe some of the questions were not well enough asked, so the answer leads to wrong conclusions.....
Quote: Did he kill himself because of the music itself or because of a meaning that music has just to him?
None of them....

Was he going to die if he did not kill himself?
Did the music have vocals?
If so, were those vocals vital for his suicide?

the guy is a DJ, he puts on a prerecorded show and heads out to commit a crime, as he is driving back (i assume after the crime, else no reason to kill himself) he hears something that blows his alibi apart (static, skipping, whatever)

Maybe he hears a song by a musician that killed himself. On the radio he can hear his tape as if nothing had happened, thus proving it was a recording.

Lith is right here.
This guy is a radio DJ. When he was at work, he put on a pretty long song, left the radio station to get back home to kill his wife. Then he turned back to his work. When he was listening to the radio, he heard the song repeating a small part again and again......a scratch...so everyone knew he wasn't there..

OK..here is a new one...also pretty tough:
A man recieves an elongated parcel. He opens it and takes a short look into it. After that he packs it again and sends it to another man. This man also opens that parcel, takes a look into it and then disposes the content accurately.
What was in the parcel?

Ok here's one of my riddles (I made it up), if it doesn't make sense, feel free to ask.
Some friends were playing a card game. One of them shouts "I've got 40 points!!!", while another player after some time (playing the game) says with sarcasm "Great, another 13 points..."
What was the game they played?
EDIT: ok, now I guess that those who know the game will guess it immediately while others won't be able to ask questions which will clarify (or perhaps so).. so prolly it's not a very good riddle if you want to ask things about it, go ahead, but if someone figures out a better riddle he can post it (especially if he knows the answer to this one).

I would have a lot more, but it's only interesting if people who do NOT know the riddle participate. Otherwise I can post the answers myself right after the question....
