Was he endangered because of what he heard on the radio?
(for example, he heard that someone got out of prison which is going to kill him, but this is only an example that put him in danger, he could as well be indebted, or anything else).

Ok, so for now, you told us that he killed himself because of the music that was broadcasted unexpectedly...
