well i saved the map as a multiplayer map and then when i go to multiplayer hotseat its not available for selection is there some other settings i have to change or make sure is enabled so that it will show

well was making it multiplayer capable the only setting i was supposed to set, or was there more?

You have to check both Multiplayer maps and the Random Maps boxes in order to bring in the custom made maps from within the Maps Folder(Custom is synonym to Random for HoMM5).
Note: Do not check the box for Random Towns in the newest RMG from version 3.1, otherwise it will randomize all towns for all players and take for granted that there is only one human player. Once it is unchecked, use right side scroll bar to further scroll down to player settings and, choose how many human and AI players to be inserted within this RMG-multiplayer map.

Hi,
Haven't had time to go through all the posts ( so I can't tell if it's been asked before ) but dont we need a new skill-wheel with the release of the ToE 3.1 ?

I have been searching the AoH but can't seem to find what spells are most likely to pop up in Fortress, anyone got a link or info on that ?

Regarding Expansions
1. Lets say i buy Tribes of the East expansion... will it have Hammers of Fate wrapped in it, or do i have to buy both?
2. Can i install both expansions and play with both factions, both new features, etc...?

TotE has ALL features of the others (original Heroes 5 and HoF) except the campaigns. And it's also a stand-alone, therefore you don't need HoF or original H5 to play TotE.

so if i buy TotE i will have all the heroes, all the maps, all the other updates/new thingies but wont have the classic HoMM and HoF campaigns? thats the only thing i wont have?

Yes, that's the only thing you won't have (and the main menu screen will be different)

hey, my mate wanted to play on hamachi but he can't, he gets an error when he tries to join a game (CRC check failed, 0.2.0), and his opponent does not see his game if he's the one that creates it. He uses ToTe 3.1, no mods. Any ideas?

Not only you must have the same Mods in the Mods folder to play (or none), but also the same applies to Maps. So make sure you have the SAME maps in the Maps folder (move the others to some other folder like Maps2)

You have the old hamachi or you updated? Afaik you should only use version 1.0.1.5 that can be found at http://www.oldapps.com/Hamachi.php

That is only half-true. You can download this and you will get all the campaigns. Put this .h5u file in the UserMODs folder.
