I have a quick question.
So I've been to the HoMM5 site and checked out ToE and there are additional creatures for each castle. How does that work in the game? Do you have to choose between which ones like in heroes 4?

It's not like in H4.
You can choose which upgraded creature you want when you want to upgrade a normal creature (or simply buy it directly), but you can also retrain an upgraded creature to the other upgraded variant, but this costs a little (IIRC it's 10% of the cost of the upgraded creature)

I noticed a huge bug which prevents me from continuing the last campaign with zehir. When I attack with Freyda the divine vengeance doesn;t work, and i really can't beat those inferno creatures because the hero is more powerful than Freyda. I mean I cast a spell: defflect missile, cleansing, endurance etc but the divine vengeance doesn't kick in. And you know that it can wipe out a lot of inferno creatures. What can I do? Reinstalling the game isn't a good solution

I tried both (mass and individual) Elvin but still no vengeance on the inferno creatures. It's starting to piss me off, now that I know what to do with Gotai

Any chance you have a custom map in the map folder? More than a few have divine vengeance removed or edited.

I had them but then I deleted them. But now it seems that it won't work no more. So reinstalling the game seems to be the bet solution. Thank you Elvin. Or is there another solution to make the divine vengeance active again?

Maybe you have a mod in UserMods folder?
Try deleting or moving all files inside that folder.

Yes because the succubus hits first and catches a lot of creatures. But it still doesn't work. I think I will reinstall the game, keeping my saves of course. And if nothing works I hope that one of the members has a save just before the battle so I can see already how Biara dies becuase I presume that there is a movie at the end.

tote final fight is easy because you´ve got a flying city for me to easy no pressure but i didn´t liked error with gotai who wants to go underground that annoyed me

so if it wasn´t an error then it was in the game so that nival could annoy players because every time when gotai wants to go underground letter appers on the screen over and over again

Silly question, probably answered a thousand times. If somebody could HCM me the answer to it, would be nice however.
Is there a way to bring up the 'standard' maps in the map editor? Not the campain maps, but the already included non-player made maps that come with the game.

Yes, do the following:
1. Open this file:
C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\Heroes of Might and Magic V - Tribes of the East\profiles\editor_a2.cfg
2. Change the line "setvar map_editor_mode = 1" to "setvar map_editor_mode = 9". Save the file. This activates hidden features which you need to access these maps.
3. Open the Editor but don't open any maps. Enter "Resource", then "Open Resource". A new window will appear with an "Objects" tab - highlight "AdvMapDesc".
4. Now you're in the folder which contains the game's map and campaign files. The maps you want to edit are in SingleMissions.
WARNING - Do not edit and save the maps themselves directly. Instead, SaveAs them as separate files. Otherwise you are tampering with the data files, which is permanent (barring reinstallation).

If you buy TOE but not HOF the dwarf faction fortress still come in Tribes of the East? I couldn't imagine why you would have to buy both expansion sets.

Yes.
Only the HoF campaigns are not included in ToTE
