the naga exist in present Ashan, but did they exist when Brythigga was burned down (at the time the Tieru scenario happens)?
the real question is
Are the naga a race on its own or did they derive from something?
what I mean is this:
there are only 4 races in Ashan so far: human, dwarf, elf and demon
the rest are derivates (necros, wizard and knights are human; dark elves are a branch of elves, the beastmen and orcs are wizard creations just like djinns, gargoyles etc)
Are the naga a 5th race or are they just a derivate?

I know the lore, I was just curious if it still stands, and what about the sea elves, which were announced since the original by sextant of the sea elves. Thx anyway.

Eh, probably not. I imagine he's either one of the six "Demon Overlords" or (less likely) just a powerful Demon in a suit. There's a scenario which features Veyer involving a search for the next Demon Sovereign, but no date is given - so there's definitely been more than one, and Kha-Beleth is the current one.

Random Imp: Yes, yes. You. You you you.
Sovereign: Well done, Veyer. It's so nice you've made it. The succubi are waiting for you.
Veyer: Hah ha haaa! Yes. Here I come!
Random Imp: Yes! At least he's a hard worker. Got any more "ancient manuscripts written by the Eight Lords"?
Sovereign: Of course. I could use a Demonlord who's good at whipping the troops along. Go bury this somewhere and drop some hints around Erasial, would you?
