Can you just describe your battles instead of giving the file?
Anyway the only win I ever had worth mentioning was in H3, so should I make a new thread or something?

Can't you watch it?
I just kill 15 Untamed cyclops with 15 imps, 21 hell hounds and 5 succubus. 0 lose. It was on Battle for Honor, day 7 or 8 with Grawl (level 11).

Yeah it is unfortunate that speedyshare files expire after a week of no downloading. When I found out I had deleted some of them - I still keep most and it's a drag to upload them all again elsewhere.

Right now I'm not sure what I am Started off as academy, then sylvan, and now I lean more on dungeon and stronghold. Will probably join a dungeon clan but necro is one of the factions I'd like to learn to play better. Good thing is that not much has changed since HoF, just a little harder earlygame which used to be a breeze

I meant compared to before it is a slightly harder. No more motn abuses with 4 single skeleton archers and motn nerfed too. That used to mean always full mana after each battle and no losses, now raising your units will leave you with little mana in the first days.
I am not saying you will find trouble but taking on horde of squires or several hordes of marksmen/crossbowmen in the early days will be more challenging. Basically necro turned from totally imbalanced crazy rusher to good 
Edit: Just saw the battle with Deirdre, not bad If Alastor had charged all his units ahead to finish the battle fast he could have prevented that. Necro is notorious for making crazy comebacks when they would seem desperate.

Well, you always have to adapt to the situation.He didn't charged his units ahead, so I took advantage of that.He must've thought his archers could do the whole thing.

Yes the AI always does that when it can shoot you down whether in a hero battle or in neutrals. That's the newbie sylvan player's mistake

Yes it's very tiresome...but, fortunately, you can push the high arrow of your keyboard to speed up  (and the bottom arrow to slow down).

I thought I'd try hourglass after all, got it right the third time with dungeon Here is the replay of 76 saphire dragons on week 2 day 7(new record ) and breaking the garrison week 3 with 35 spellpower and no emerald slippers. Admittedly I was a bit lucky

One more this time with no battlefield obstacles. Damn, the stalkers' placement can determine everything.
The meteor could kill the phoenixes in one hit only by chains and next one would leave 2 of them alive. Only way was to lure them close so that they could die to a fireball with ignite, good that the air elementals followed
