I tried the beta out today. I lost. Badly. It's a bit tricky when you don't have a whole lot of time to figure out what's going on before you get attacked. Plus the other team out-played my team quite easily. It would be better if it were for my piece of garbage sound card that crackles constantly. You'd think Soundblaster could fix their damn card but I suppose that's too much to ask.
EDIT: Isn't anybody playing the beta? You could have seen me get absolutely destroyed just a few minutes. It was humiliating.

Well I play the BETA.... a little.
I've yet to play AGAINST another non-ai as I seem to either crash or get kicked 
However, I'm up for a game anytime

To play, download the file into the playback directory of the Dawn of War 2 demo. Then go in game, to the history, and double-click on the appropriate game.

Maaah curse you timezones whenever I'm looking for one of you guys on here to get a game you're not here :'(. And I don't really like playing random people since I probably end up terribly humiliated.
Not that you couldn't humiliate me but then atleast it'd be kinda funny^^.

The game is great.I have it currently and while I completed the campaign,only 5+2 maps is ridiculous.THey promise new maps though.
Eldar rock though aside from that the tyranids are awesome.

Eldar rock? As for now, it is the most underpowered race. Don't get me wrong, eldar is my main race since DoW 1.
However in DoW 2, it is not underpowered in term of direct raw power, but it's because some of its units are not that useful (warp spider), most people even said that howling banshee is also useless. Eldar in DoW 2 are just about guardian squad and weapon platform. Direct raw power, eldar is the strongest, as it has the most powerful unit in the game a.k.a avatar, but it never summoned in most game.

Imo if you're not playing in the hardest difficulty, coop play is a waste of time, i mean, the campaign system is great, but somehow it's boring, especially because it's only feature the space marine, i always hate human faction in almost all games (all genres) unless there are no other factions.
I play the campaign only because i want to meet idranel of ulthwe lol

Well yeah, it's a bit boring with only the Spess Marines....
However, it's something to waste your time on
(Also I already long for the day when the IG will come (for real) into DoW2)

Maybe IG will be added in expansion, but imo chaos is strong candidate, though i want tau, necron and dark eldar.

I'd be surprised if anybody but the Imperial Guard and Chaos were added in the first expansion.

Bought it recently 
Warhammer 40 000 Anthology : with WA and DC expansions
Currently on the 5th mission in campaign, the game is very very nice
The most liked part is the customization of the weaponry for space marines...
@Oscarius coop-campaign is it possible ?

Yup, I think it's a button in the "Campaign" screen which says "Invite friend", I'm not sure though, I haven't experimented that much

I think he is talking about DoW 1, not DoW 2, as far as i know, it's impossible to Coop Campaign in DoW 1, i'm not to the campaign untill Dark Crusade and Soulstorm, so i don't know much, but i'm sure there is no Coop Campaign in DC.
As far as i know, coop campaign is only for DoW 2.
