Hey now!
Edit: The tournament was supposed to have happened over a month ago and I don't really know a month in advance when I have time. I think it's best to tell when I won't have time, so no one is waiting for someone to update. That is what I think isn't fair, not having time, but to simply keep people waiting.
So see ya in a couple of week!

OK!
Question, can I have a prosthetic limb? (Robotic arm)

That depends. If we’re talking an ordinary, replaced-limb-lost-in-car-crash prosthetic with which to pick up and hold things it probably won’t be a problem. If you want it to have Inspector Gadget-style superpowers, then no.

No, just an "arm replaced for to crushing, biting and amputation damages." type of arm.
Character coming... Just need to think about what pokemon I shall ask for...

Name: Mark Allen
Region: Kanto
Age: 17
Appearance: Tallish (6 ft), wide shoulders, youthful, skinny, only slightly muscled, just the hints of a beard, blue eyes, dark blond hair (nothing like Mr. Edn's hair ), sometimes wears a pair of glasses. He has a permanent half-smile. Right arm is prosthetic, made from a black plastic and reinforced by metal at the joints (The arm is slightly stronger than the flesh and blood one it replaced). Wardrobe includes an assortment of clothing colors and styles, but mostly T-shirts with funny sayings and blue jeans.
Personality: Starts hobbies, but usually doesn't finish them. If he takes up something that another person started, then he will complete it. Mark is sort of quiet, calm and just likes people. If he has a grudge towards someone, Mark will quickly forgive or forget it. He is rather hard to annoy, and eager to learn. Owns a small assortment of goods that he keeps collecting.
Background: Mark was actually on vacation when he went with his brother, Zelgius and the rest to visit Helnith. He was critically wounded and his arm was amputated to save his life. He spent the next two months in and out of the hospital, getting treatment and all of the measurements/ calibrations needed to replace his arm. He missed four months of school in total, basically the last third of the school year.
When Zelgius broke out of the psyche ward, a major approached him and asked Mark if he would be willing to find him again. The reasons they gave were A) He wasn't part of the military, so it won't be an act of war, and B) Zelgius's mental state had deteriorated to the point where he would kill anyone that tried to get him back, but that he probably wouldn't have any irrational hatred to the only person that tied him to sanity.
Since Mark really didn't want to do anything with the mountain of homework that waited for him back at school, and he would be repeating the year anyway, Mark agreed to the Major's offer. That's why he came back to Helnith. At least, the official reason.
(Just shorten it down to "Lost his arm while in Helnith a few months back while wandering about with Zelgius and a few other military friends. He volunteered to find Zelgius, who had become dangerously unstable, and avoid the mounds of homework that awaited him back home.")
Pokemon: Skarmory, Spinarak, Slugma, Sableye, Corphish, Keclon, Bagon, Dratini, Cubone, Ralts

Looks good, journal and binoculars are fine. Pick any three except Dratini or Bagon; given that the last time you got a pseudo-legendary you almost immediately jumped in over your head, it’s going to be a while before you get a chance at another one. Don’t forget to let me know which one is your starter.

+2 Speed
Ralts:
+5 Special attack and defense.
Spinarak:

Hmm am I supposed to remove one of Nidorino's moves?
If so, then I remove Focus Energy.
And If I'm also supposed to give him 3 new EV's then:
Attack: +2
Sp. Attack: +1
But I wonder something about that, why isn't that just random? or is it supposed to "symbolize" what I as a trainer, choose to focus the Pokemon training on?

Noted, noted, and noted. Gnomes your Spinarak has seven moves, please pick the one you want to drop and let me know if the abilities/gender are acceptable. I also took the liberty of adding a pen.

^This.
Also a heads’ up: I am in the process of moving, which means that as of Monday I will have no internet for AT LEAST a week, and probably no access to my computer for longer. I am going to try to put most of my files where I can reach them, but updates are going to be sporadic for a while.
