Mina rubbed the sleepiness out of her eyes, the familiar surge of adrenaline waking her up enough to drag her out of the stupor she’d been in for the last few miles.
After a moment’s thought she called out Pidgey and Oodramer. “Oodramer, Bubblebeam Graveler.” She couldn’t quite manage the energy to shout, and only hoped that he’d be able to hear her. She contemplated fuzzily what to have Pidgey do, but decided they had enough Water type attacks concentrated on the Graveler that Twister would be a waste. “Pidgey, Gust that Wispaferyn.” She gestured vaguely towards the one called out by the sleeping Grunt.

Brona calls out his Rhyhorn and orders her to use Horn Attack on the same Wispaferyn Rattata is targeting.

Wispaferyn 2 is hit for 11 damage!
Zucruu looks at Draloed a little confused ((she doesn’t know Supersonic)) and eventually settles on a Confuse Ray. The Graveler takes the attack right between the eyes and instantly its movements grow erratic.
The conscious Grunt who stayed behind calls for Magnitude, and shouts to the Wispaferyn to use Smokescreen. Both of the latter hesitate—obviously aware he isn’t their trainer.

With the threat of imminent earthquakes averted, Oodramer, V, and Pylus triple-team the Graveler. In a mess of water, steam, and psychic energy, the big Rock type quickly goes down.
Graveler faints!
Hedge uses Rapid Spin! ((Roll = 37))
Hedge goes spinning through the smoke and effortlessly connects with the fleeing Grunt, knocking him to the ground with an ‘omph!’ The remaining Grunt notices this and swears, visibly starting to panic.

Misty thinks to herself, after this I am going to have to mix up two of my berries. She has no idea why the thought popped in her mind during such stressful times, but she hadn't been able to think about anything else since getting the berries.

The sleeping Grunt’s Wispaferyn doesn’t seem to realize its trainer is asleep, or perhaps it’s just feeling surly, as it ignores the remaining Grunt again.

Oh sure. Now you want to take captives, Mina grumbled mentally, calling back Pidgey and Oodramer. But she pushed the sentiment aside for the moment; there was nothing to be done about it now. Instead she reviewed their options, part of her kicking herself for forgetting to ask for duct tape the last time she went to the Mart like she’d intended. Anybody got a Pokemon with String Shot? Spider Web maybe?
She went over the group’s Pokemon in her head but couldn’t think of any. The problem was, they had a lot of Pokemon with moves that could incapacitate rather than hurt—but not very many that could do the former while keeping their targets in a state to answer questions. If Brona’s Gastly had been in fighting condition she supposed they could try to Hypnotize the goons into answering their questions, or at least Mean Look them to keep them from getting away, but that wasn’t an option.

"I don't think any of my pokemons really have anything we can use. If we don't come up with anything, we should at least try to get these guys tied up, out of the way, so they can't call for help and no one finds them, before we're on our way back."

Misty considered for a moment, but couldn't think of any way to keep them contained. "I guess we could bury them in sand, but that isn't a good long term thing. Well we could take their uniforms and leave them out in a forest somewhere." She shrugs.

“There aren’t any forests nearby,” one of the Grunts piped up helpfully from the ground.
“Quiet! We’re not spo’sed to help the enemy!” the other hushed.
About then Mina’s patience snapped; they didn’t have time for this.
We do this the hard way then.
She sent a quick text to the others so as not to be heard by the Grunts (~Suggestion: Put them to sleep once we’re done. Won’t hold forever but it’s better than nothing.~) and schooled her expression into the most intimidating mask she could manage. She was tired, frustrated, and only likely to become more so as the night wore on; best get this done with quickly.
“I’d re-think that if I were you,” Mina suggested to the Grunts carefully, letting an audible measure of hostility into her voice. It was surprisingly easy; she had a fresh store of irritation to channel and her restraint was wearing thin from exhaustion.
The Grunt who’d told his companion to be quiet looked thoughtful for all of half a second. “Err.…nope, can’t do that; Boss’d have our hides if we talked.”
“And what makes you think we won’t?” Mina asked dangerously. Houndour gave her an uncertain, almost wary look; Mina made sure her face was out of sight of the Grunts and winked at him. He got the hint and growled convincingly. The Grunt paled.
“Ask away,” he meeped.

"Are there anyone else of your kind around this place?" Zack quickly asks.
"Also, we want information about their position, when people moves to different places, what pokemons they're using and if anyone is going to come around this place!" Zack commands
"Do this, and we'll give you a chance to get away from this region before your boss finds out. If not, your boss won't ever find out, because no one will ever find you again" Zack says, trying to sound threatning, though afraid that his bluff skills aren't nearly at the same level of Minas.

Zack’s bluffing skills seem to be sufficient for the task at hand; the Grunt caves and without further ado begins singing like a canary.
“We’ve got an outpost about two miles up the trail,” he babbles. “There’s supposed to be another patrol here to relieve us in fifteen minutes. I don’t know what Pokemon they have, that’s not my job!” he adds pleadingly.

Misty, not bluffing looks at them. "Ok, I believe you. Know this, if you tell anybody about us, I will make it my mission to make sure your boss knows that it was YOUR idea we come here. By the time I am done, they will be convinced we were following YOUR orders. Now what do you think your boss will do to you if that happens?"
She looks at the others, and texts "I think we should find a pokecenter, heal our pokemon, and come back to take out the base. I have no idea what to do about these guys though. Sleep is our best bet as Mina suggested."

Stacey calls out two(she may only have two) of her yawn-capable pokemon, and requests they yawn at the two. She starts to yawn, herself.
"You guys should go get your pokemon healed. I'll wait here, just in case that one Mona put to sleep wakes up. If so, right back to sleep that one goes. Just be quick. We have very little time."

The two Grunts promptly nodded off after contact with the Yawn-bubbles; Mina made sure they were asleep before speaking.
“Is there even a Center around here?”
She pulled out her Pokedex and blearily checked the map. “It looks like the nearest one is about five miles away.” And rather out of their way if their destination was in the direction they’d been going since they’d gotten into the mountains. “The only other one even close to nearby is in that town on the coast, there,” Mina pointed. ((Stardust City, the place Bandra overran to cause our mission in the first place.)) “But that’s even farther. I suppose we could just try to find a place to hole up for a few hours…doesn’t look like we’ll be able to rest up without some sort of delay, regardless. Unless you guys have any ideas?”
