There should be textures for this. The walls should be more orange.

Here's one resized hero( Erasing could have been better), I sharpened it a bit:
I think the lava looks better than the flame. Maybe you should change the terrain and the color of the castle? And are you going to change the hero's model?

The portrait is ok. I'd just remove the glow or whatever it is. I'll soon post the rest of heroes
