How much morale can you decrease in 1 turn of your battle EXCLUDING your artifacts? The anser should be a spell, an ability or smthing that costs 1 turn...

My guesses r:
1.Frightful aura(Executioners):-3 or more,if any other creatures are around.
2.Death Stare(Spectral Dragon):all enemy stacks -1 morale, ex:7stacks=-7morale

And Haven knight with Archdevils and Fallen knight perk (morale drops to somewhere -6), and you did not mention was it about enemy or your own creatures.

...but he said it should be something that costs 1 turn. Having a fallen knight perk works permanently, having archdevils as well.
Deidre's howl of Terror, -2 from her specialty and -6 from howl, -8 total.

NOOOooooo.. wait a minute.
Morale is not bound from 3.0, remember?
Take a Knight with exp. leadership (+3), mass haven army (+2, +1 for haven hero) and stuffed with +morale gear (+5 or more?). He may have for instance +10 morale on his units easily (even if only +5 count).
Now make him cast Vampirism! Unit's morale reduced to 0 (undead have neutral morale) which means -10.

LEt's take a tiny (72x72 tiles), completely flat map with no obstacles and considered "road" everywhere (all tiles cost standard amount of movement points, no modificators).
You have only one hero with a small (for instance 5 stacks of 10 Archangels ;]) army and are in the lower-right corner (tile coords (72,72)).
The hero has Expert Logistics with Warpath and no other movement modifiers.
There are two cities on the map, both maxed-out without the Tear of Asha building: town A in the lower left corner (tile (72,1)) and town B in left top (tile (1,1)). Both cities are yours.
You can place any number of any kind of neutral creature stacks anywhere on the entire map. Each stack costs as much as the base cost of creatures in it.
You have 3666 gold.
Question: How many creatures minimum do you have to place on the map to get your hero from his starting position to town B in the same turn.
Your hero can cast Town Portal.

The map is empty at the start, except the hero and the two towns.
Your hero has 2500 basic movement points +30% from expert logistics.
Warpath gives him +350 movement per victory on adventure map.
Walking one tile wastes 100 movement points if you move horizontally/vertically or 141 if you move diagonally.
You have no artifacts, building effects (like Stables' +movement effect) etc.

ebbafan is right.
1 peasant is enough.
attack it, flee and re-recruit your hero in town B.
He was your only hero so he will cost 2000 gold, which you can afford.
And nobody said anything about saving the archangels, foul beasts ;p
On to you, ebbafan.

The hero that flees is immediately available for recruitment in any tavern the faction owns.
By the way, a hero cannot flee from a battle if the player has no tavern.
As for the current question - please at least specify what "use" means? Turning them into money, exp, or winning the game with'em?
There is a hundred things you can do with 10000 skeletons, their usefulness varying with your current situation. You can sell them at the stronghold, raise your level to insanity in inferno...
or you may cast vampirism on them and it is very likely nothing except undead, mechanical or elemental units would be able to punish them up until 4th month.
