I think its mostly due to the Olympics going on that's distracting everyone's attention. They'll be back soon enough. haha.

Since activity has ceased it is time to declair an overall winner. No suprise it is Daystar. Congradulations. If I was to choose a favorite single entry it would have been GL's Naga entry . Thanks everybody for their participation and I hope you all had fun.

Looking to revive this for the last few rounds that were never finished. I will go ahead and judge if anybody wants to join in. This will not be for shinys, or overall. It will be for braging rights, and for fun, and maybe a shiny nickel! Anybody? Bueller? Bueller?
We are on freeform (which can be anything .. at all). 2 weeks per entry, no extensions (sorry). Will start the 'clock' this coming friday, and end it on the 2nd friday after at midnight EST (not GMT).

Ok I'll join.
But I will not create upgrades. In fact, my creatures will already be only in the 'upgraded' version, much like the neutrals. I hope this does not lower the score

Okay, this is a creature I've had my mind on for a while.
This space reserved for...
Ulcipher  Megalos-OR- Sadisus
Dark warriors spawned from an unholy prison, they broke from Sheogh after revenge for those who wronged them...
Humanoids cannot survive in Sheogh, yet the Demons still take prisoners. Some of the prisoners actually adapt to the hellish environment of Urgash’s domain. These beings have survived numerous and vicious tortures that have burnt away their souls. What remains is a combination of despair and destruction. Having slain the Pit Lords guarding their prisons, the Hellion Warriors have taken up an insurrection against their oppressors. Using the Demon Lords’ tainted magic against them, the once-chained are now bound to no one.
The Hellion Warriors are shamelessly reckless and slaughter-bound. Their rage is said to eclipse that of the erupting volcano, and their blade sharper than diamond. They appear clad in the darkest armor with veins of rage pulsing across their being. Their skin has been shed for something more volatile, and thus more useful. They have the heart of a raging inferno, drawing power from the life force of those who they butcher. Their very appearance heralds the obliteration of countless armies of demons, and their presence on Ashan has irrevocably altered the face of reality. Bindings the separate Sheogh from Ashan have ruptured, and the Hellion Warriors now ravage the lands of the primordial dragon. The Orcs have taken up their battleaxes and shaman staves, while the Unicorn Empire bolsters their barricades. The Servants of the Spider have retreated to the Vale of Heresh, while the Circle of Nine deliberates to no avail. The Stone Halls lie vacant, and the Dungeons grow still. Only the Sylvan Elves have taken up the task of dispatching the chaos that has engulfed the land.
Ulciphers - “Like a raging ulcer in reality, Ulciphers rip the life energies from enemies to ignite their inferno. Like a wildfire in the forest, their blows cause fire to incinerate their enemies and corrode the will. They can break the chains of mortal bindings, and their blades carve valleys in the souls of their enemies.”
Elemental. Raging Flame -All strikes by this creature deal additional fire damage, and their attack increases with every strike (+3 each strike, capped at +18).Avenging Flame. Shatter Will - Creatures dealt damage by this creature lose all positive morale and have a penalty to luck equal to morale drop. Immune to Fire
Appearance - They seem as black golems wearing armor, completely humanoid. When attacking, all exposed “skin” ignites in a blaze of fire as they executed intricated blade whirls and flourishes. When struck, they laugh an evil cackle and retaliate with the flames of death. When they die, their armor falls to ash and their bodies crack and burn away to reveal a skeleton with a red glow.

Megalos - “Armipotence combined with chaos, Megalosi can call upon the physical being of Urgash by sheer force of will. Ensnaring all powers of fire, they can unleash dreadful blasts of flame from their blades, and the inferno’s spawned from their being can extinguish all life surrounding it.”
Elemental. Raging Flame. Avenging Flame. Aura of Fire Vulnerability. Searing Aura. Caster of Armageddon(Advanced). Immune to Fire. Flamewave.
Appearance - – Ulciphers with cracks in armor that fire spews out of. Their faces are raging with heat lightning. Red energy courses across their bodies and they have chains hanging about their armor. Their blades are sleek and sinister. They have two giant spikes jutting vertically from both shoulders.

Sadisus - “Those that escape from the deepest parts of Sheogh are sadistically uncontrollable. They can warp the very minds of enemies into committing suicidal runs against their enemies in a burst of fire. They devastate the will of enemies with their maniacal laughter, and their slaughter knows no end.”
Elemental. Raging Flame. Avenging Flame. Immune to Fire. Shatter Will. Ignite Soul -Activated: Causes a stack with no fire immunities to burst into flames and run at a random ally causing impact damage and killing most of the target stack. Deform Mind -Activated: Rips the sanity from all stacks in a 4X4 area, destroying all positive luck and morale, and causing immense damage.
Appearance - Their flames have turned from red and orange to blue and black. Their armor is obsidian, and their bodies are more skeletal than armored. Their armor is sticky and jutting, with spikes randomly throughout but with at most fifteen. They wield jagged, more serrated blades that curve like scythes. When using Ignite Soul, they cross blades and focus a beam of bright blue light at the target. When using Deform Mind, they use one claw to stab a phantom-formed head (like Confusion) in the third eye. The target ripples with heat shimmers. Then cracks and shatters like eldritch arrow.

But 2 weeks is too much IMO, I'd change it to 1 week - but then I don't know how fast the others are...
