This week i can play in evenings on Monday-Thursday and on Sunday's afternoon (on the business trip Friday-Sunday). That's potentially 5 sessions which is not bad 
I will be here on Sunday afternoon at 2 hour Hungarian time, I will wait untill 2:01 Hungarian time.

The atmosphere is so heated and emotional in this match, that i doubt there will be a fair and fun match between the two of them. I mean if 2 people are so pissed off by each other what chance is there that they play a game which has any meaning in terms of fair play ?

Tower or Jinxer may be the officials who follow how both contenders comply with the arranged time for each gaming session. The only criteria is the availability of judges to follow European time zone (games on weekend mornings).
I'm leaving on a business trip and be back and ready to play on Sunday afternoon at 6pm GMT+2. Next week i expect 3-4 days when i can play. As prior, on working days there would be evening sessions and morning/afternoon games on weekends.
Now fire should post his proposed schedule and we meet at the intersection of the both schedules.

Why inactive? Considering The Caesars i am ready to play all this time - just waiting for fire to post his schedule as i have asked a number of times. I got tired of posting my agenda for each week and never receiving the responding agenda from opponent. Nothing has changed - i'm still holding the same logical position: both players post their time table and we play at the matching hours. Simple, right?
If someone doesn't see me on msn it means absolute zero. Maybe you are in my banned list hehe Anyway, long ago i wrote here that all further communication regarding The Caesars will be done via this thread. So, go ahead and let's arrange the game

OK... Both Strider and Fire have AGREED to me being the ARBITOR!
So I see Strider posted his available times, and I will ask Fire in MSN what his available times are then after I talk to them both, I will post the official play/meet time.
And when that time comes they will both have to check in with me via MSN confirming they are both here on time and ready to start..
More details to come.....

Another thing.. I am wondering if I should impose a 30-40 min turn timer. There is absolutely no reason that I can think of that a turn should take longer then that. I am one of the slowest players around.. just ask anyone And my turns never take longer the 30 mins..
For example from what I am hearing they can only play like 3 hours per sitting etc.. so if 1 turn took 1 hour... that means 28 hours atleast Guess they would be done in 9 sittings but that is a bit silly.
What are the general thoughts on this?

Special Conditions:
Need the communities feed back on the TURN TIMER. I am sure that one need to be set.. but not sure what time would be acceptable. 30 mins? 45 mins? Also it has been suggested to me... that should impose a rule that atleast 1 game time week must be played at each session. That would help to prevent someone from abusing to much time during there turns. Unless they want to spend 7 hours with each session playing hour turns.. they better have faster turns
Please post some thoughts?
