Replays
Freshly after the duels with Elvin.
Sadly we had a disconnect in the sylvan vs inferno match but he'd propably win anyway, because I didn't have any magic school at all (long story).
In the Orcs vs Dwarves there's nothing to comment. Maybe only that I made Arcax proud for defending the dwarven pride

Only comment was that I got flaming, machines and no ballista so I had to erase many perks with mentor. That and no shatter light -> tragic conclusion orcs get badly squashed.
Dwarves and academy are the hardest races to anticipate so you gotta have a poker face  I suppose the safest would be shatter light + barbarian's luck but even then opponent may go all might. I hate this kind of gambling

No there was one prior to that as well  Actually I doubt the dragon could swap targets after the first attack.

I had one with him as well, stronghold vs dungeon. Had a pretty good build but apparently he was unlucky in leveling. Taking dark is usually a good move but mass suffering and blindness did not seem to help much. As I usually avoid unless I get slow/frenzy/puppet and generally prefer to use along with summoning, not just dark.

Dungeon vs Stronghold: those Cyclopes striking with luck everytime were real killing machinces
Fortress vs Haven: Haven was not only acting a lot because of Morale but also dealing insane damage 
Sylvan vs Stronghold: lol how the orcs resisted so many spells, and they were still massacred for some reaosn...

High sylvan stats. Hurts if ranger's attack is above a barbarian's defense, now add avenger..

He went for might sylvan and i assumed he was going magic so i nabbed a 40% resistance chance and shatter light + destructive
Of course his skill might have something to do with it

i went for a mostly might build in the sylvan game.. but also got destructive and cold death as a backup plan
since i had ancient treants rooted in ground with stand your ground and a whopping 92 def... i was pretty sure they could last long enough for me to finish off any remaining units with imbued ice bolts
EDIT: i am up for a game anytime

Offensive dwarfs yeah its totally different from my style, well done Veco, Im proud of you However I would still prefer Enlightment over Leadership sorry
Btw this replay is a nice example of orcish arrogance who are totally disregarding the dwarfs. Attack, no defense, Foul Wyverns instead of Pao-Kais... I dont know what Elvin was expecting from Veco, that he will stand and look how Elvins ballista will smash him?

Had some nice games with Tann
Dungeon (me) vs Haven (Tann)
I wanted a Swift Mind + Phoenix combo + Mass Haste but I didn't have the Phoenix  so I had to change tactic. The ending is very funny. Also I made a mistake not attacking that Crystal with the 2 Grim Raiders at that point. It's because the Furies were right to act but they got annihilated by the ballista didn't think of that.
Haven (me) vs Stronghold (Tann
I tried an Empathy + Divine guidance + Preparation + Retribution + Battle Frenzy + Divine Strength on Crossbowmen (also trained 20 crossbowmen) which is more like a defensive Haven. I can't believe the crazy tactic had an effective result.
btw, if you're wondering why I was attacking the Goblins, it's because I was fearing "Horde's Anger"

Well played, you had some good planning in both. Those mines helped you a lot more than I would have expected(lol he just had to find them one by one ), also good move using firebreath on the crystal. That ballista hit was amusing. The haven match was original but you made the best out of your plan. Namely weaken horde's anger the only threat to your ranged fire and then make sure you keep shooting down incoming targets one at a time with the inquisitors' blessings Everything just fell into place, was good to watch.
That is a silly assumption Arcax, I thought you knew me better than that Maybe you have not heard of plans going awry.

I too had a nice game with Tann, although we couldn't play second because of persistent disconnections
Tann Stronghold vs Veco Fortress
As you can see, the ATB was again in my possesion. It seems to me that Tann was a tougher opponent than Elvin in the same set up but then again Elvin got unlucky with skills. My luck is emerging!
