THere is one thing that the user "Necromance" found about duel mode.
if you want 2 play against an AI, just put auto combat for the other player

Latest games in the new version
Replays
Valiant battle is a nice haven vs dungeon game, could have won but forgot to block angels with assassins on first turn. Guess I was sleeping 
In the necro vs academy game I lead the undead in a full frontal assault against a destructive academy. I cut them down swiftly heheh.
In MachineInferno I went for a pure warmachines and dark build and strangely it worked well vs necro. Sandro's cloak helped ofc, nothing like casting a mass confusion on undead.
In the sparkling clean( ) game it's pretty self explanatory. Good cleansing, purge action vs dwarves, who'd have thought?
Inferno vs machine haven was.. fiery. His ballista was pretty damn good but inferno dominated everything before 2 turns had passed, lack of defense helped.
Summoning dungeon vs dwarves was tense, both sides were looking for openings to attack. No sorcery but had lovely might build.
Now about the map. I decided to return to its roots with week 6 armies and tiers 3 and 4 slightly decreased - as if they were build week 2. I kept the current artifact system but instead of 2 random relics one is preset as ring of machine affinity. Of course machine hp is back to normal but with the ring, ballista and tent(which retains its 5 healing shots) are pretty effective as you can probably see from the replays. Sphinx gives lvl 19 but with the 2 witch huts amount of skills is as it was in the older version - just a few less stats which is good to avoid enlightenment overkill. Paladin training cap is back to 25 and academy artificer to lvl 2, so far balance seems fine. Will post the updated version soon.

Two games versus Vlad Tepes, aka Typhys(-Ra).
First game: Academy (me) vs Inferno. I tried Artificial Glory + Warmachines.
Second game: Sylvan vs Inferno (me). Interesting game, but I made a lot of mistakes and Regeneration with SP30 and Init 20 was deadly.

Umm yes? On that note the replays here are not from duel mode but a specific custom map.

As far as I know only Elvin and Vangelis still duel each other. It's like they're damned to play this game for all eterniry
edit:
3 games with Elvin - Defense skill banned altogether since killing off a full Bear stack by 2-3 at a time would be excruciatingly tedious.
Inferno vs Dungeon, as always, the most fun

It was a great game , my fourth online game and my first victory vs human player (had 3 games yesterday with elvin, should i say what happend ;( )
here is the rep, heaven vs dwarves, dunno what phoenix done wrong, probably the absence of suppress light made may day.Im sure that we both made a lot of mistakes,but i dont know exactly where, so watch and comment pls, the impovement is a good thing
P.S i use footmans bec i forgot to upgrade them
