ballista 4 shot ?
hi, from some replays I've watched, ballista can shoot 4 hits instead of triple ballista ? because of some mods or is it really possible ?

Try hourglass, the record for now is week3 day3 with necro set by arteman to break the garrison, any race is welcome and its going to be fun

quite interesting map for me clearing the phoenix without casualties(as nearly as to be acceptable) for might-oriented races is still a puzzle for me...

Actually Fire told me that he has a game on hg, when he broke upper garrison on day 2 week 3 with Ossir, but extremely good conditions. (Joining hunters, regeneration, week of pixie) Whats interesting his opponent, Willgefors, is breaking lower garrison with Urghat on day 4 week 3!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My fastest was week 3 day 3 but that was only because of dungeon's stalker action in 3.0 and samiekl's hints in speeding through the map  And that was in single. Whether or not you defeat the horde of tier 7 week 2 can be truly random, not all factions can take all tier 7 possibilities that early - or at least I wouldn't expect them to. There are some crazy creepers around.
Out of curiosity how the heck do you break with orcs week 3? And with what losses? My bet would be bloodeyed with gobbo fodder under defense/enlightenment and flaming arrows/tent..

Edit: Seems I forgot to award the winner of the first challenge. It goes to Zenithale who provided lots of replays and also had a good finishing time. Anyone got a good trophy image, hcm me.
Creeping challenge number 2
In an effort to help mgph we'll take on the mission he is having trouble with, phoenixes with a might faction. This challenge has two parts, though you may wish to stop after completing the first part.
Map: Disputed Island, blue position.
Difficulty: Hard, this is more likely to be played in an mp match.
Hero: EllaineIrina. You must use Irina as a main.
Part one: Is simply defeating the phoenixes to get to the middle of the island.
Part two: If you wish to do part two you must set your opponent as Orson of the necromancer faction and defeat red.
Once again we encourage you to save replays so the weaker among us can learn. I hope that the lower difficulty level will encourage more people to participate. Let me know if I forgot anything.

and what's wrong with Orson? Vitality from start isn't bad, espiecially if it's played by AI since it doesn't require brains to use and profit from

On a map where you must kill phoenix Irina is not the best hero, I prefer Ellaine, Laszlo, Dougal or Vittorio.
And seriously Orson is a great hero!
