@Xerox:
Your outstanding mum was originally picked for the role, but I told her she had to stay at home (the one you're living with is a robot decoy, just FYI)

I heard about a clash between Megan Fox and Michael Bay that probably led to the change in cast. They'll have to really play with the script to make it not awkward. Maybe zoom forward 2 years and have him as a troubled college dropout that lost his girl and friends. It's not like Transformers is famous for in-depths plots so they'll manage.

Watched Eraserhead last weekend with my girlfriend ... I am confused. Strangest and probably most bizarre movie I've ever seen.

Yeah, great film though. The Strangeness of it is probably why it's most well known. Very good writing with it, though.

Well watched A-Team last night. I went in prepared to dislike this movie, and I was disappointed. I just couldn't dislike the movie. The actors may not have been my favorite but the movie was pretty good. Which was a good surprise. High action, decent acting, decent story line (if a little predictable).
The current actors might not be worthy to tie the originals shoes, but other aspects made up for it. So all in all I'd have to give it two thumbs up.

House of Wax
So some days I go, I had nothing to do during the evening and saw that this movie was going on channel TV3 and was like, hmm it was a long time ago I saw a horror film now and I like those because they often have "mysterious" plots with twists in them.
The begining of the movie sucked big time. Paris Hilton was horrible (yes, shes in the movie). And of course the hit guy in the movie loses his shirt lol...
But the movie really gets better. It wasn't as predictable as I thought. I did not think there would be so many deaths in the movie as there was.
Some scenes in the movie were really freaky. I did expect from the title that some or someone would be turned the wax. I did not realize however that a more proper title to the movie would need be House of Wax but TOWN OF WAX.
The enviroments in the movie were really well done, as where the scenes where people get turned into wax etc.
Paris Hilton is not a horrible actress in this movie. Well, she is at the start but then she becomes much better and I enjoyed her character. For those that still hate her, do not worry. She dies in the movie and it is kind of funny how she dies. By a pole that goes through her head and brain. LOL.
The final sequence of the movie is awesome and there is also a nice twist in the end and I really liked the "system" that the villians in the movie had together. The twist in the end was probably done to open the possibility of a sequel, though unfortunaly this movie did not seem like it was very successful.
The prologue did not make sense with the rest of the movie.
3.5/5
House of Wax is an enjoyable, bit creepy movie. But I do not think I could call it horror movie. I could perfectly watch this movie alone without thinking much about it afterwards. If it had been scarier and the actors did not look like supermodels, then this movie could have gotten a higher rating. It was also very unrealistic.
Still, I really recommend to see this movie. The sets are really good and some scenes are just so well made such as the cinema scene and when one of the characters is turned into wax, alive.

How to Train your Dragon is cute and fun. Would see again.
@Indaga: The two Fantastic Four movies are absolutely pathetic. The 2nd one holds the record with me for having a trailer that looks so good:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y3EC_V9A-rw
...and yet the movie sucks so hard. Normally I have pretty good spidey senses for movies. The advertising team that put together that trailer did 10x better than the actual movie crew.

Machete has been one of my favourite movies for about a year now, and it's not even out yet.
Anyhow, I watched REC last night, that Spanish zombie movie documentary thing. Surprisingly alright, I must say.

It was ok, the epic fights turned out to be not so epic, and it had a loose story.
But I kinda like it for not being like twilight, aka not sparkly or gay.
