Builds under PR directory are experimental builds, not widely tested and often unstable.
Normal daily builds are under this folder:
https://builds.vcmi.download/branch/develop/Windows/
And work fine under my 32-bit Windows10.

What Windows version do you have?
We will no longer support Windows XP because we'll soon switch to newer version of libraries that no longer work with it. It's totally possible to make it work by building it with older versions, but that would require to waste time on it.

It's still possible to build it for XP, but automation we using are no longer provide Qt version compatible with XP so launcher won't work and there another bug that cause crash on server startup. Since no developers use XP there simply no way to debug it.
If some developer want to setup automation to build VCMI against older version of libraries for XP it's totally doable though.

So... I think it is time to list some features implemented in newest daily builds. We constantly improve VCMI and have "vital fixes / improvements" one after one so a lot can still come in next few weeks.
Some newest features are:
- somewhat working compaigns
- slightly improved adventure AI
- real fullscreen mode support in launcher - can workaround some resolution issues etc.
- working Android daily builds
- spectator mode (option mostly for developers) - launch vcmi client with --help parameter for more info
- some bug fixes, including:
* hardcoded feature BLACK_MARKET_MONTHLY_ARTIFACTS_CHANGE - can be toggled in config/defaultmods.json
* ship to ship battlefield - disable proper hexes
* siege moat mechanics improved - should work as in H3 now, tower town minefield moat still not present
Most of bugs fixed since 0.99 can be viewed here: http://bugs.vcmi.eu/changelog_page.php?version_id=88

This is common error, by vcmi team doesn't want to fix it so every month new players are confusing. Just delete russian translation folder located at WoG/Mods directory.
I can't seem to find this wog/mod folder with the russian translation. I deleted everything with "russian" written, and still nothing

When you download WoG mod by launcher, mod is located at: C://Users/[your_name]/Documents/My Games/vcmi/mods.
There you'll find folder WoG. Browse it.
Inside wog folder you'll find another Mods folder. Browse it.
There are four folders: Commanders, StackArts, StackExp and WoG Rus.
Delete WoG Rus folder.

Not enough changes?
Secondary skills modding and black colors transparency fix (nightmare of vcmi modders) were added few hours ago and should be available in newest daily builds!

Does VCMI support Windows 7?
Also, "missing features" page linked here is blank... (https://trello.com/b/68e5rAAl/vcmi-missing-features-only)
Also, nearly a year from last stable version, is any new stable download scheduled?

All releases from here: https://builds.vcmi.download/branch/develop/Windows/ are more stable than 'stable' 0.99 version. And yes, vcmi supports win7 pretty much.

Of course. I'll probably add note on wiki that Vista+ is supported.

Works for me.

I wish we could first improve mod management (I'll work on it this month), get automated Android builds integrated better, upload one to Google Play and push some stability fixes since there always few critical bugs around).
Then it's could be nice time for somewhat major release.
