Woaw I must admit I'm a bit surprised. Then again SK had some very crucial skills in 2 of the three while not leaving much room for mistakes...
btw the third replay you posted is your Dungeon vs. his Necro (a very enjoyable match) which you win. So is there another replay or is the name just wrong?

Thanks for great fun games blizzardboy I dunno if playing Elvin before where I got necro twice ruined the potential random matchups that we could have had: {did I say I especially hate necro agst dwa?}
1st: I was lucky to get light inferno with the good spells.
Then leadership showed up...
Then basic enlightenment showed up at last level up ---> did not mentor afterwards
Got cursed ring too agst opponent without luck skill & unfortunately he did not have enough gold for max pallys
2nd: lucky defence & terrain.
2% defence showed up & also luck skill paid off against haven without luck with some unlucky pally strikes due to djinns
PM turned up in spellshop & had good light spells
I think blizzard must hate haven seeing as he seems to also be an inferno specialist...
3rd: YLTHIN
I think matchup was lucky for me & even tho recruitment refused to show up [thus preventing retrib/aura], second last level up gave diplo so it was sympathy
yah, it seems too much army for dungeon sometimes - perhaps less army in revised map may show different.
imo, I got light & lucky levelling & was player 2 in all 3 games [I lack imagination]
...sorry for knocking you out blizzardboy, woulda been nice to see blizzard/azagal final...
{ironically I started a 2nd game with Elias & before D/C I had haven where enlight showed up at first level-up but then battle frenzy didn't show up --> no retrib/PoS with only useful spell of mass endurance - how's that for twists of fate?}

Sure Tann, final will be soon. Since Bliz is out Azagal and Larry move in the finals, good luck. Had he won then he would play the winner of the Azagal-Larry match.
Fun inferno game, less pallies made it easier for chargers to scare them. It was a mistake to leave the crossbowmen in the open, harder to control the cleansing timing when it can be attacked by more than one units. I don't know the charger atb but I probably would have cast divine strength on crossbows to kill seducers instead of endurance on angels.
Academy showed haven who's the man  14 battlemages.. This has gotta be the weakest griffin dive in history. Nice match, hard to take down such an academy except maybe with mass cleansing.
Third was rather tough on dungeon. Decay missed arcanes, raiders and hydras were postioned for dragon breath, no tactics so you could at least block a charging unit with furies, arcanes shot first. Confusion could have possibly failed but anyway. After that there were those continued resurrections.. Don't know if it was possible to kill druids in one cast but I always make the mistake of killing arcanes first

Azagal vs Larry
Dungeon vs Academy that was one messed up game I can tell you oO. On the one hand I got Empathy and Defense and Slippers while on the other hand I didn't get Meteor and Circle of Winter. I had fireball and was playing with the idea of going ignite but thank god I abandoned that one since the cunning Larry went for "Fire Resistance" and had and amazing 28 knowledge oO. Now all the spells I had left were single target spells (technically that's not bad I have a 2260 damage implosion to instantly wipe every stack out) but he has magic mirror of course making every cast an insane gamble oO. One of the best Dungeon Academy games I had.
Sylvan vs Inferno
Here I was a bit surprised. I mean ok he had enlightenment and I had 0 Attack but my luck wasn't bad and well my damageoutput wasn't that great (ok maybe because I only let my AAs get 1 shot that was hillariously stupid and misclicking with my 6 dragons too but still). Normally Sylvan crushes Inferno and I messed up. It was a fun game but somewhere along the line I lost touch with it? Pretty outrageous was that he didn't even need to concentrate apparently he was on the phone . So congratulations to the Champ.
I'll go sit in the corner and cry with Blizzard now...

Amazingly inferno are 7-1 in this 2nd tourny (reported games only)... quite a deviation compared to normal [& haven are 1-10 overall counting both tournies but they're not weak]
Everyone needs a bit of encouragementenlightenment I suppose - I forgot in last post: congratulations Larry

yep, unlike in other tournament in this 1 i am pretty lucky
1st game i got the dungeon killer ,academy,and got lucky with starting hero Razzak,took light only, fire ressistance, master of wrath,10% ini artie and some more good arties,Azagal had great dungeon hero with empathy,great sp and kn,but gargoyles and golems are really hard for dungeon to kill
2nd game i also got hero starting with defence which in this matchup was even greater luck,got enlight,defence and attack but no magic at first,so at mentor spent some good money to get dark,which resulted not buying few arties.In this game i haven't really checked Azagal stats(now i see he had 0 att),i thought i'll lose this 1 for sure,but at the end draining his mana and vampired pit spawns( with a bunch of summoned units)proved to be just enough for the win
thanks for games and see u at the other tournament(the 1 i have no luck in )

Aww what the hell it were good games (I really enjoyed the Dungeon Academy one).
I'll focus paying you back in the other Tourney. If I manage there is a chance that I can still catch albo. But let's not get ahead of myself xD.

Not much to say, good games. Though the sylvan one would probably annoy me
So who's in for next one? As aforementioned we'll play it in the chaos map that is more random yet faster, fun. For this reason each player will require 3 wins from his opponent.
Think I'll change rating system, make it 1 point per defeated opponent. Would save me some complications

You know what bliz is right. While he was alone in the branch it's kinda lame not to have a small final and there are a few days time till the next one. Guess I should not be updating at 4am, makes for bad decisions
