Holy cow, that's awesome! Shame I haven't seen this screen earlier, its just fantastic! The spider is just P E R F E C T !
PS. I agree with Fauch. Carnivorous plant would be much more interesting in fortress than dragon or hydra.

I have a qestion, what program did you use to draw your creatures and how did you make them into a def file? I have an amazing homm2 style drawn creatures but i don't know how to put them as a def. :/ HELPS PLS!

hello there, how are you? Well, i'll do simple and easy... sorry but i can't continue doing this mod, because right now i don't have time for nothing, except for my girlfriend...my team was down and my brother left the house, I stand alone.. and to be more terrible, i have a full time job... for all .. i cant continue the project, sorry to everybody, but for respect , enthusiasm and the hope.. i was upload the folder.. this game contains every aspect of the game (modified): battles, castles, monsters, asaults, grounds, special objets, heros, terrains, sounds.. but in a small size( not all), if you want to finish the mod, only do the rest of the work... thanks to heroes community and the rest of the people.. thanks to wog

Man, you are my hero. You are not like 99% of modders, who in case of fail in completing mod just disappear. Even if you didnt manage to complete your mod in 100%, you showed yourself and published all WONDERFUL work that you have done so far. Respect. IMO it deserves at least few QP.

mister_kalu, I just want to say thanks for the work you've done on this mod.
It's unfortunate that you have to leave the project like this, and I understand it's hard when you're all by yourself, but thanks for uploading the mod at least, even if it's not 100% done yet.
We'll take good care of it and make sure that it doesn't bite the dust. Once I've downloaded the mod, I'll see if I can compact it into a single 7z file and upload it somewhere. It'd be nice if others did the same.
I for one can contribute some artwork if there's any that needs to be done (remember the necromancer sprite?).
Now, we need someone to lead the project, or at least, keep it active.
Once again, thanks for the mod. Good luck on your career.

I already started to work on your mod Kalu. ATM im creating units on map. And I need some help here. What is wrong with this BMP (from it I make Pikeman on map) Resedit doesn't want to replace old AvWPike with it. (def is okay, something wrong is with this BMP) FIXED
EDIT: @Mister Kau, which monster was replaced by Militia? I don't know where is peasant upgrade and I start with Knight. I didnt see Militia anywhere.

I'm going to make defending animations in far future because its HUGE amount of work, I can however make solution for some time by making defend animation same as just taking hit animation, which will stop crashes. However its only temporary solution. Now my plan is:
1. Make animation on map for every unit (5 already done - map animation + attack animation)
2. Make portraits for units that dont have yet. (2 done)
3. Reassign units in every castle cause they are in mess now. (Castle almost done)
4. Make half solution for defending animation. (same as getting hit)
5. Make some additional units (1 frame of upgraded Black Knight - Skeleton Knight already done ), change Hydra in Witch's castle on Carnivorous Plant.
6. Change on map dwellings.
7. Make proper defending animation for every unit.
8. If somebody will help me, finish the Heretic town. (I can make units, but no idea how to change buildings and background)
9. Balance.
Somewhere in between of those points also change heroes portraits, biographies and specializations. Also change some units special abilities (for example I have already done peasants - now they pay tax)

All right then. I've finally downloaded all 12 parts. I'll upload them to Mediafire if anyone wants, so they can be all downloaded at once...
Also I noticed that the scripts 40, 50, 67 and 70 all correspond to the Heroes 3: Succession Wars mod. Does anyone know how I can enable them?
