You put the name in this thread - I don't have it though
Quote: 20) Lol how did that happen (Rubycus vs veco)
Veco managed the unthinkable, this game has the hottest sky daughter action you will ever see in a game of heroes. And he did so against necro, coupled with flaming and horde's anger this is as close a barbarian can get to a warlock

Quote: Hello everybody
It's hard for me last time to write anything about my games, but I'll try to change it.
First of all I'm glad to meet Elvin in quarterfinal - we will see, maybe you'll take revenge
About the first game, this pair is realy hard to win with orcs. I had no empathy
Thanks for this part and prepare for last two games
did you at least have Elation ? I consider it a better choice than Empathy most of the times ...

You know that I think you're awesome Arcax but with all due respect that last game should by no means have been yours...
With all due respect to Kispagat him being an outstanding player and everything... but really? Casting stone spikes the whooping number of 8 times on Emerald Dragons before you realize that it isn't your magic resistance that has been triggering... aww the pain. The moment of dawning comprehension must have been epic. Emerald Dragons defineing feature is their immunity to Earth Magic. That was painful.... And even despite wasting 8 hero turns he could still have won if the atb hadn't chose to rescue you once (the moment where you only have 1 Hydra or Rider or whatever left lol). Kispagat had victory on a silver platern yet he chose to Stone Spike it away...8 times. Awww that was painful man xD.
Still the other two games were very enjoyable.
This should totally get an unlockable lol even if it's for most futile casting ever, it's just too hardcore.
Please don't missunderstand my post, I'm not making fun of Kispagat or anything he's trice the player I am and more but it's exactly because he's such a ingenious player that the stone spikes confused the heck out of me lol. I guess it just proves he's human after all^^.

Agree, the stone spike mistakeS were surpisingly huge and cost him the match. In fact just some physical attacks were enough to win.

Hi. I see all these replay files, but they're labelled .sav? I'm kinda interested in seeing what all the fuss about HoMMV is about, but I wonder is .sav a special codec that requires the game for one to be able to view the video?

I kinda feel the same Azagal. Kispagat forgot about immunity to earth and spammed Spikes blaming Unicorns and Magic Resistance perk for those failed spells, I guess. I was too busy planning my spell sequence to remind him that small issue.
Oh wait. I reminded him that after the 8th Stone Spike casted

About the first game: I spent all my money to get might over magic, could not reach it. I guess it would make big difference.
Second was a slaughter, thanks to good atb and skills.
Third one:
Ye, for the stone pikes thing I deserve to loose. I simply cant learn that these dragons have earth immunity (also runepriests on tw I always try to cast decay) If Arcax do not tell me, I would cast stonepikes untill the end Also I deserve to loose, cuz I mentored out light to get retribution and there was no way back. In fact I have not checked that I face Yrbeth with dark.
But on the other hand last game is, hmm, so I dont think its a loss.
In fact its a draw or I win it.
When we finished the battle, screen showed that Arcax lost all his troops. Comp did not show I lost it, nor him to win it.
In a normal game I could simply surrender or retreat and the battle is mine, simply because I have army left my opponent do not.
I admit that in an arma case, when last spell kills everyone on the battlefield, ccaster wins the battle, but I guess this is different situation.
I have no problem givig the win to Arcax, just I dont see it that clearly, as in the arma case.
Anyway, thanks for the games, and good luck in next turn.

There were no set rules about this issue but I consider the victor the one that delivers the killing strike. I have lost an official game in the same manner so I can't bend the rules unless enough people disagree or Arcax is gracious enough offer a rematch - though he is not in any way obligated.
There is another option. Since Arcax will eventually have to leave the tournament he can appoint kispagat as his successor for the next round.

Ye, there might be several approaches to this question, as I said earlier. I just wanted to raise this issue, since its not that clear as in spellcasting case.
As anyone could see, khmm, I am not an arena/duel expert, so I would rather not replace Arcax in next round.

Just an unfortunate mix-up, people just don't expect such mistakes due to your toh status. And Arcax won't have a regular connection in the near future so what happens is up to him.

No, no need to do that at all. I do not question ur victory in any sense, just wanted to open a discussion about this special situation, but it seems that even Jinxer has nothing to say about it, so I leave it.
I do think u deserved that win, and normally a dungeon vs sylvan is not a life insurance on dungeon's side, replaying this one would not be a fair solution. I think this setup was in my favour, because without magic I killed ur army.

got addicted last 2 weeks to another online game and... it's another huge waste of time....and exponentially more unbalanced than Heroes...whatever
i'll be back in month(or some more) unless Elvin finds a girlfriend and quits organizing tournaments
also, good luck to everybody, but as we all know by now game setup by default doesn't allow Elvin to lose more than 2 games in a row so it's completely imba(applies only to games that he creates, so better watch out for that nasty tactics he uses)
that's it
