The idea was kinda that S.P.E.C.I.A.L. was there when others were not so she could get something out of Zero others would not know if it was information.
A really expensive jewelry would aslo do well though.

Not just being a woman,being part dragon make sher really greedy. 
But that talk won't be enough for her. he gains no benefit from that talk. You're going to have to come up with something she will gain something from. Compared to the others of course.

Any of them will do, remember, you control the characters. However, it is wiser to work together against the heroes since they will be gradually getting stronger.

I'm pretty sure that there are plenty people around who would furiously debate that. (I'm not one of them, mind) But you make a good point. My, Joonas', Wog's and Beta's gifts are pretty straight-forward. Your's and Kips' gifts might ask for some explaination as to why they would work.
