I'm not sure if I am. She is a racer. She does know that not everything S.P.E.C.I.A.L. does is completely legal. She might even be in the underground racing at certain times though that is already reaching it a bit. More like take part in "private" races.
But be involved as get away driver? Hmmm...
If he only meant her as a racer then sure she can be there.
But I don't think she'd do get away driving. Considering she doesn't really need the money and while she is young and thus slightly reckless she isn't really of criminal mind. And I'm not sure if S.P.E.C.I.A.L. would be ok with her doing get aways. She's more of a classic stealth theft person. Something that needs a get away is crude in her eyes. Of course things become different when she loses her temper though.

I see her as a simple "I came, I won, I got away with the cash". To cops she's like a myth. Every cop knows her, but noone hasn't been able to witness her in racing.

Works for me. If it's just racing.
Hiring a teenage girl for a bankjob getaway driver or for hit and run would be stupid anyways...

I'm not so sure yet, I can put a bit of haste on in. And unless someone intervenes I will be succesfull in my heist. But I would prefer you to at least write the arrival of the truck and whoever you send with them. I'll have them take a device to you, but I'm not sure what Rex can tinker together in such a short amount of time.

Any special looks to the truck? You want it to be military? An everyday truck?
Or you can just put some company to deliver it. Just so it gets to her around noon.

It's not done yet, as a matter of fact he's not started on it yet. So 'some company' may not be a good option.
As for the truck, nothing required. If it's a commercial or military looking truck does not realy matter as the armed forces uses both.
