well, you don't always see the bad side of things. I was talking to an erotic photographer who said many photographers just lie to their models and take advantage of them, but the pictures still look decent.
I also talked to a softcore model who was forced into hardcore stuffs by a dishonnest photographer. her husband ditched her when he found about it.

Yes, the japanese porn is better since they use fetishes usually instead of just "lol nudity hard sex!".
We could discuss how it got there.
On the top of my head I can list:
*Shinto started out as a sex cult, and generally not being a "butthurt" religion compared to some Western ones
*The censoring, due the xenophobia import would not become a option, they got around it with bigger turn ons instead
*The fact its a "mass socity" that is partially overpopulated compared to other places
*Did not get on the "shield youth from all evil!"-wave
*Likely some more
The only disclaimer I am going to make is that I really hate the moe degeneration that has come, and is still around. Never mind the 90% of everything is crap, my problem lies in that the remaining 10% is starting to get infected by moe.
So yes, I am more or less "too biased" to be a viable source, I will give out wrong information based on this bias.
But yes, japans sexualisation is quite good compared to everywhere else.
The real problem is a part of the double standards "garbage", along with work morals that has partially become obsolete.
Give them 10-20 years, and then we shall see how Japan evolved.

Maybe it was where he said that kiddie porn producers being prosecuted?
I'm not doubting for a moment that people want this to happen, in all countries all across the world. but at the same time, there obviously is a market for this, it wouldn't get made if there wasn't a market.
I am not saying we should allow it to continue by any means, it is one of the few things that I do consider utterly reprehesible (along with ethnic cleansing, rape, pedophilia and actually liking rick astley for his music.) But what I am saying is that people get a kick out of it, and it fills a niche somewhere. Tackling that niche is twice as important as stopping the producers.
I have no problem with like porn alot. when I'm without a girlfriend (which is unfortunately more often than I would like), It's a great sense of realise (no pun intended). I can't do one night stands, as I just feel dirty afterwards. but porn, Hey, I'm cool with it.
considering that most of the people in porn are legal, consenting adults, it begs the question of what is so wrong with it. Sure, there may be an addictive quality to it, but compared to alcohol, smoking and wow, porn will not effect anything but you're sex life.
I can see why people have a problem with it, and to them, I say this.
1) masturbating is now a non-issue
2) Porn is a huge chunk of the economy in most countries, either as revenue or consumption.
3) women are just as likely to look at porn as men.
4) porn actresses are paid much more than actors.
5) removing porn removes (in my oppinion) a vital part of our new society, allowing people a healthy introduction to sex and what and how to do it. I'm sure that there would be more teenage pregnancy, or bizarre sexual accidents (seriously, a couple though you were meant to do it in the belly button) if porn wasn't around to show us how.

probably not, but there is only so much sex education can do.
my experience to prepare me for loosing my virginity was 45% luck, 30% porn and 25% sex ed. Porn is a more vital educational tool precisely because it is enjoyable, and people do it in their free time. because sex education is... well, supposed to be education, I found myself drifting off in it, and only snapped back when a friend of mine asked my teacher about her exploits (including her openly admitting to a) being a lesbian, b) being in a threesome and c) doing bondage, with a completely straight face.)
I suppose this proves that I'm f**ked up beyond all belief sexually, and that is somehow weird to be bi-sexual, and still get on reasonably well with all 3 of your exes
