Sure is. A pure support unit that will ease up your earlygame troubles
I was glad to learn that we'd get a priestess, this faction needed a woman's touch.

Because the priestesses are totally chosen for their spiritual gifts.

They have spiritual gifts and are devoted to Elrath which I think makes them somewhat more special than the standard soldiers. As is the case with Sun Rider (closely related to Elrath). And I don't think frontlines mean anything in this case, they're just helping the other troops as healers. Frail looking doesn't necessarily relates to tier. Of course, if the last unit is more special than the priestess than the priestess would be core.
Edit:
Ok, turns out I was wrong according to Elvin then I'm expecting the last unit to be pretty special.

About time the human species had a female to mix it up.
She looks wonderful, again, a more classy approach, subtle and elegant physique instead of the oversexed shadow witches from HoMMV for example.
If the last Haven Unit is another good one, I might actually play Haven more often this time around.
It's nice to see a unit that seems almost exclusively suited to support.
I'm wondering how they attack.
By the way, cudos to them releasing a unit on Thursday, they doing it to compensate for Monday?
Meh, don't care, it's a great unit, if they can keep a steady stream of little things like this till December I'll be very impressed.
Prediction time:
We're getting the Necro Champion tomorrow.

Ye never know, going by the pattern it's obvious yes, but they have broken the pattern before.
Also, maybe they'll release the last Inferno unit just purely because they want to prove me wrong.
I mean obviously the developers will do anything in their power to prove me wrong, such as making the Succubus Core instead of Elite.
Odds are they originally wanted to make the Naga faction the 5th faction, but now because I (and dozens of others) have theorized that that is the most likely case, they now have made a completely new faction from scratch.
A town of anthropomorphic badgers, squirrels and gerbils.
It's Called "Hovel" and it's unique faction ability is "Troll the Forums".

Admittedly she competes with the Succubus for the first place, leaving the Angel far behind. But this Vestal thing is rather... discouraging if you even get to meet one of these in the real life.
By the way I think the names should be swapped - Vestal for basic version and Priestess for the upgrade.

Which I might add she is BECAUSE she has some modesty, as opposed to various female creatures from the previous games.
Classy Girl>snow (Edit: Ah, snow is the profanity filter, took me long enough to figure out.)
Even the Succubus this time around isn't attached to double Ds, though admittedly, she's not very modest, but in her case, THAT'S THE POINT!
I should know, us Dragons have been kidnapping damsels for AGES.
It's all part of our scheme to have canned food show up on our doorstep regularly, what's so great about this canned food? well with a little heat, you get a nice oven cooked effect, cooking it inside the container, it really does taste different from cooked in an open flame.
When lucky, you get a side order of horse, which lacks the tenderness of the main dish but makes up for it in quantity.
(Another reason I'm not overly fond of this horse made out of light business, light's not very good eating.)

Nah, the lady looks good. Nothing overdone, nothing taken-from-the-back-street-for-long-and-dirty-sexual-entertainment-like similar the dark elves from HoMM V, has the appearance of a woman with dignity. Worth of some approval.
Edit: well, the forum doesn't seem to like harsh words. Initially I typed something else for the dark elves from HoMM V, but it changed it to... snow.

A bit of class and a womens touch for Haven; Nice
Will be interesting to see how this creature is incorporated into battle. Can't envisage a high attack/damage and can't really see a high defence either. Might need another unit looking after her full time?

Depending on her supporting abilities this might well be worth it.
And/Or you just spam Guardian Angel on her to protect her while she heals/buffs the rest of your army.

Really love the artwork. She will probably be able to resurrect fallen units (not stacks) and not just fill the hp bar, cause that's what first aid does.
I think devs are going with the disciples approach for "tier 3" support units. Haven has a healer, Inferno a charmer/immobilizer and Necro a dark magic caster. Neither will probably have high dmg, but be fragile and will have to be protected along with the shooters.
Can't wait for the other factions.

Hope you didn't jinx it like the Monday reveal that never happened!
Liking the Priestess a lot, good thing they changed the gender, never liked the Monk. But would the last elite unit be another female one? Most of the Haven lineup IS different from H5, even if it includes name-changes and different kinda horses.

Old:
Crossbow
Seraph
Griffin
New:
Sun Rider
Priestess
Sentinel
Currently I'd say Haven is 50-50 old and new, presuming the Sun Rider brings something different to the table then our old Cavalier.
I'd be tempted to argue the Priestess is a gender swapped monk if I wasn't convinced she's got a different role.
Inferno's also half on half atm.
Necro's currently at 4 old, 2 new, with the champion that's 3.
So judging by this, as they stated, we're getting 3, maybe 4 new units per faction and 3 or 4 returning faces.
I'm tempted to think the last Haven unit is going to be new as well, because I can't imagine any old Castle/Haven units complimenting the currently revealed units.
But I guess we're just not going to see eye to eye on at what point a unit can be considered new.

Well if Priestess can be considered as new, then no reason why Seraph shouldn't be. It probably has different abilities as well, so it's only because the design is similar?
The 7th Inferno unit is probably new as well (I think Elvin said it's going to be more interesting than the Maniac so I doubt it's going to be the Nightmare), so in that faction it's 60% new.
I wonder if they said the 40% new thing because they couldn't guarantee that every faction gets more new than old (see Necropolis) or because the 4th faction will have the least amount of changes from H5 (I've been saying it won't be easy to change the Sylvan lineup for example)...
