I must say that the companion system sounds very exciting.
Can imagine my Dragonborn befriending a local rogue and bring him along to open locks for me

I like the look the physics,and the duel weapons, but it looks retarded compared to morrowind.

No you can't, the developers have denied that specifically. There will be no dragon riding, only slaying and on occasion; conversation.
