The next ESO 'So-and-so answers your questions' bit is Fa-Nuit-Hen. Now I need to think of questions to ask a Daedric demi-prince.

Have they done one for Hermaeus Mora yet? I would certainly like to ask him some questions.

The closest we've gotten to a Daedric Prince so far is Haskill (...although that one was very interesting!). That said, they have one about every two weeks. Here is the most recent (beware the age gate boss).

To be honest, I like a change in government.
If only it had more serious repercussions more than changing the face of a quest-giver.

I could never finish a Stormcloak run. They are just such pricks, also it would really screw up the Empire.

@Gryphs
How could you not?
Don't you know how great it is to run around in full Nordic plate conquering your homeland for your kin?
But honestly, both sieges are boring, you enter the city, kill some mooks, and then you kill the big guy in charge.
At least Ulfric had a certain charm, you were in his throne room, against his most trusted companions, Tullius however, was quite lacking, he was just waiting for you on a chair in a side room...

I've done the both sides of the Civil War storyline only once per faction.

Should've been more "f you thalmor" moments. and stuff.

That is the problem, I like magic, so I usually play Bretons.
Also, yeah, the sieges suck. I mean, who throws fire pots endlessly at enemy walls anyway?

It doesn't matter which race you play in this game play-style wise. The only difference would be the special ability and movement speed, but that is pretty much negligible because this isn't Morrowind. Morrowind was hell. Morrowind is hell. I always rush for the Blinding Speed Boots (or whatever the name is) because without them the game is... very annoying. Running consumes your stamina (not sprinting like in Skyrim), and without it you can't bloody hit anything. See those Cliff-Racers flying down to kill you? Well too bad, you can't hit them.
/backontopic
There are many mods to alter the civil war, but I didn't see one where it's completely redone. It sucks pretty much that you can't lose a battle, and the sieges are poor. No way a group of ten soldiers can storm a fort and kill all the defenders who are so poorly organized that they don't fight you all at once.
The questline is linear, uninteresting, and I only finished it twice (both times for the Empire).
If anyone is interested check this out. The guy should be hired by Bethesda. IMO, that is the Skyrim that we need.

I also had Stamina problems back in the day, but I learned (rather late I think) that one can easily acquire extremely low weight stamina recovering items, which solves that issue. But it doesn't change that moving around from the get go is very slow and the way ones inventory tend to go towards maximum capacity faster than the increased speed from leveling and items increases your movement pace, but with experienced use of interventions, travel stations, mark and recall I think it's manageable.
The game is however rather broken, once one know hows it's very easy to become extremely overpowered by a various amount of exploits.., but I also think it allows for the game to be more fun as long as one is able to manage it. E.g. there's a bug where if you get enchant to 110 (iIRC) everything you cast from enchanted items consumes zero points, giving you infinite casting (as long as your +bonus to enchant lasts) at much faster speed than standard spell casting. I tried it once and it was actually very fun to fire off maximum area explosion after explosion of various elements at a very high rate of fire.

I know, but lore and all that.

Boots of blinding speed plus Breton 50% magic resistance so you could still see. Now that was a bonus. Only down side was the needless levels in light armor, I did not really need the agility points.

Eventually Skyrim killed my interest in perfecting it.
I still don't get why Bethesda worked so messily in their method of delivering a Civil War, as it seems it was originally meant to be far more strategic, you would have had to raid villages, defend keeps and actually attack every capital, not just Whiterun, Solitude and Windhelm.
Until now I know only of that guy who made the overhaul, but honestly, I still find that lacking, I mean, the Imperial troops should build massive siege engines, charge with knights and overall fight in tight formations.
While Stormcloaks would have fast attacking groups of troopers, pikemen and should dig tunnels to crumble walls.
But that's just me, to think that I could even do one of these in an engine where formation means a cluster of chickens, horse combat restricted to the player, and crumbling a wall is rendered impossible due to the impossibility to actually mod in new animations easily.
Yep, I always lament how I'm incapable of altering things to my liking...

I stocked up on potions of resist magicka and turned up my brightness to play. Eventually I found Savior's Hide in Tel Fyr and with it's 60% of magicka resistance it made playing the game much more enjoyable.
