Had the same experience too! 
I roamed around the places that I can go to find the best girl to marry and it took me weeks to decide. I ended up marrying Ysolda. Then after 5 minutes I accidentally fell in front of Hroki in the marketplace of Markath and I asked myself "Can I change my wife?"

Personally I liked Brelyna Maryon, had her for the longest, plus loved that sweet voice.
On the PC I've had Shelyn as a companion (She's right next to me, this is one of my earlier characters)

I like this one better, looks great with a quiver.
@Galatea: The mods I linked improves texture quality and to some degree mesh quality. For me personally, it's more than enough to make the women look more realistic (and thus more beautiful, imo).
They're not really about making them total babes. There are mods for that too, though I haven't delved into those enough to make recommendations.

I'm really curious of how they will handle dragon riding... if you fly too fast the textures won't load in time as you move, making the game look blocky and ugly.
If you move even faster, the game runs the risk of crashing.
Not to mention that the cities are seperate worldspaces, flying over them will be a major immersion breaker as you can see that it's all just prop walls.
The dragon in the vid looks cool though... very Wyverny.

Booted up Skyrim last night and it wanted to do something-or-other to the game before it would let me play; maybe that was a "getting Skyrim ready for Dragonborn" patch.

They'd just have to tag the entire perimeter of towns as a loading zone.

I've found quite a few mods, (about 20) unfortunately having not played skyrim since 17 of oct, I encountered CTD which one of the mods was causing, urgh finding the mods was hard enough let alone disabling each one and testing them one, by one.
Also I'm checking out this badass mod called Requiem, I highly recommend it.
