Well, unless there is some super teleporting going on..I doubt you will throw a wrench in my plans too bad. The rings are very scattered out, and quite a few will be found soon. Also..it is almost time to introduce the two that MIGHT be good guys..or not....all I will say is they are after the member of the Vast with the Time ring.

No, he has the time ring (as noted on the time ring)..he was able to go unseen because of stopping time. Which means only the Null Stone will be of any help against him. The Death ring would end up a draw however.

Had to make him a serious threat. Oh and while the 'Core' ring would thrash him soundly..it also makes the wearer a bit loco so . Hmm think I need to either make the rings a bit easier to use or make new lower level rings.

Some other lesser rings? Like the charisma ring power?
Then I have 1 or 2 ideas here...
Telepathy: Allows the wearer to know the thoughts of those around him/ her. Unfortunately, this ring does not target who's thoughts it reads, it just takes a mile radius and reads them all at once, driving it's wearer mad if there are allot of people.
Regeneration (You mentioned liking this one): The wearer heals at 7 times their normal rate. Nothing else happens.

Doh had forgotten about the regeneration ring, going to move it to London. Got plans for the Light ring..sort of.
Reason being is, sort of hadn't figured on as many people. Start everybody with one lesser ring and move from there. People have to be able to use the rings they find or they are just pretty ornaments.

They would know which ring they have, and what the other rings are. So if say you come up to somebody with a different ring, you know which ring they have (but nothing about that person then what your character SHOULD know). So if you come up to Jantal, you will not know he is an evil alien for instance..just that he has the time ring.
There are conditions for each ring except the charisma, key, and null rings. There is the 'basic' abilities of each ring..like fire needs to be angry/passionate/etc to use the basic powers. Then there is the advance abilities..which normally require the opposite of what is required of the basic. Ie fire would require calmness, etc. You can not use the advance at all until the basic is completely mastered.
Except (here is the big reveal) with the Key ring. The Key ring unlocks ALL of a rings abilities including a 'individual' effect. No two people will have the same individual effect when wearing a ring. Mostly it is 'just for show'..but it will include some not just for show things also. Now unless a new ring owner has the key ring around, the ring will 'relock', but once unlocked for a person it stays unlocked. (Ie they can lose the ring, reclaim it, and it will still be unlocked for them). Once unlocked the restrictions are completely removed from a ring also (ie a person wearing the water ring does not have to be calm to use the basic powers).
Note : The Key ring also does one other thing, but that won't be revealed until all the rings are collected or destroyed. (Note rings can only be destroyed while under the effect of the Null ring..the Null Ring can not be destroyed except under a very specific ceremony while touching the Core ring).
There is one other exception with knowing which ring is which (the null stone is the first). The Dragon stone. So if you don't know which ring somebody has..it is either the Null Stone..or the Dragon Stone.
